I had a great experience at KIMSHealth hospital . The doctors were highly professional and caring, and the nursing staff was always attentive and supportive. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary modern facilities. One thing I really appreciated was the strong security system. Entry and exit were well-monitored, and visitors were screened properly, which made me feel very safe during my stay. The staff also ensured patient privacy and comfort at all times. Overall, from admission to discharge, everything was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone looking for top-quality care with proper safety and security measures in place.

Very experienced doctors. Treatment is bit expensive but very good. If your admitted always carry a good blanket and flask for hot water. You are not allowed to bring food from outside so you're struck with their miserable canteen. If you are adding bills to your account always keep track on what you are ordering and how much. They are very good with over charging. It's not always possible to go and eat from canteen ( much better ) so be prepared to eat cold food. If you order tea coffee they will bring warm ( never felt hot) water in a paper cup and you mix it. There is hot water available almost everywhere so better get hot water and bring some coffee and tea from home. There is valet parking available for Rs150. If you park more days continuously they will charge more but very reasonable. Nursing staff are brilliant and always helpful especially ICU ( very professional) Receptionists are good.. Finally the security staff.. found men security staff are more helpful than women security. Probably the long day and wearing sari and standing in one position ( found a lady security wearing sari standing near by lift in East block visitors lift whole day) making them very uncomfortable. It will be very good every 2 hours change their position to more relaxed area according to how busy they were. They are also human.

Even after I left the hospital, he continued updating me about pending reports and remained available whenever I had questions. That kind of follow-up and dedication really stood out. The nurses and doctors were also fantastic - professional, friendly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. A special thanks to Dr. Gopinath Menon, who took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His calm and respectful approach gave me a lot of confidence. I truly felt like I was being treated like a princess - the level of care was beyond what I expected. However, one thing did leave me disappointed. Although I personally arranged the entire package and clearly stated that the driver with me was not related to me, the staff still communicated updates to him. It was frustrating and felt dismissive of my autonomy. As a grown woman managing my own healthcare, I expected better privacy and professionalism in that regard. That said, I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of receiving a gift at the end - it was a sweet and unexpected touch that added to the overall experience. Despite that issue, my overall experience with KIMS was excellent, and I would still recommend their health packages.
