Dr. Jubilee Memorial Hospital

Last month, my father undergone a surgery for Hernia. Surgery was success and no post surgery issues occurred for him. But for Govt. employees please be noted that this hospital does not have income tax exemption certificate and so i have to pay additional tax for amount which i have claimed from my office. I have contacted several times with hospital and they confirmed that they dont possess this exemption certificate from income tax department.

To maintain hygiene and prevent the spread of infections, we kindly request non-patients to adhere to strict hygiene practices. A signboard or security personnel should be placed to remind visitors of the importance of hygiene. With patients and non-patients visiting daily, maintaining cleanliness is crucial to prevent the spread of infections. Additionally, we request visitors to refrain from putting their feet on chairs, as it is not only unhygienic but also disrespectful, behaviors such as placing feet on other chairs are disrespectful and indicative of a lack of discipline. Therefore, both hygiene and discipline are crucial for a healthy and respectful hospital environment.

I visited the hospital last week and was disappointed with the reception experience. The two staffs were constantly on phone calls, making it difficult for them to attend the patients. I had to wait for a long time to get my appointment for my wife, and even then, the staff seemed distracted and rushed. It would be helpful if they could manage their calls more efficiently or have additional staff to handle phone calls or patient inquiries. Thank you

My Brother was recently admitted to this hospital and I am truly grateful for the care he received. From the moment we arrived, the casualty team responded quickly and ensured he was stabilized. The doctors were highly professional, explaining his condition and treatment plan clearly, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. The nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available whenever he needed assistance.The hospital environment was clean and well-maintained, making the stay more comfortable. The facilities were well-equipped, and all necessary tests and procedures were conducted efficiently. Another aspect that truly stood out was the affordable pricing--despite the high-quality treatment and excellent service, the charges were very reasonable compared to other hospitals.Seeing my father recover under such compassionate and professional care was a great relief. I sincerely appreciate the dedication of the entire team and highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality healthcare at a fair cost.

Never choose this hospital for pregnancy, I have undergone some 15 pv during pregnancy and labour, worst traumatic experience, after all the induced labour circus, I ended up in c section, all the nurse who did pv said i have 6cm dilation, while doc said to my family that i have no dilation. I have got discharge sheet with no info about any medical procedure happened while i was admitted.

Overall services and facilities are good and affordable for common people, some doctor's appointments are not easily available. There is a token system which is good for nothing if you have connections then you can see the doctor easily, otherwise you can just wait and they will call when they have time after the recommendations, other thing is almost all doctors are so busy that they would only start the op at least 30-45 minutes late, there is no value for our time. And as we are in need we have to suffer these and wait for them. Suggestions to be rectified for a better outcome is to avoid the lagging as much as possible at the reception and pharmacy, more friendly approach of the staff (not all staff are bad).

poor management poor organization,poor behavior.I am come here by a knee problem. The casualty suggest me to ashik eapen thomas and i take a lift to 1 st floor then i ask so many nurses..which way to go and i show my o p ticket.. They said go to left then right. Then i ask another nurse she really dont know who is the doctor.. But she also tell go left and straight.. The real thing was nobody know where is the doctor room.. I Walked every inch of the orthology department.this is my first and last time to come here... I really dont suggest anyone in here.. They dont even know which department they are working.. I had an excellent experience at this hospital .The doctors, nurses, and staff were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern facilities. From admission to discharge, everything was handled smoothly.
