Dr. Dr. Kailas' Bone & Joint Clinic

Doctor is fatphobic. He does not listen to a patients concern or anything at all. If you are fat he has already diagnosed you with obesity and will shame you for it and offer no solutions. I went there with a backpain issue, even before i could explain it he told me to step on the scale. He did not do a single mobility, flexibility test on me, did not even examine where i was feeling the pain, told me to just go to the gym and lose weight. A week later I had to be admitted to the hospital for a slipped disc. If the doctor had intervened and cared even the slightest it would have saved me 2 years of recovery from this. I would warn especially women from visiting because he will only talk with arrogance and treat you like you're stupid.

Had a good experience at this clinic. Quite spacious with seats and a waiting area (necessary during Covid to maintain social distancing). Dr. Kailas was very friendly and took time to explain what the issue is. The only thing I found as a fault is that only cash payments are available. No card payments or gpay. The consultation fee of Rs.500 was a bit too much compared to what other clinics usually would charge. There are pharmacies at a walkable distance so you can get your medicines from there.

This guy is more interested in the quantity of consulation rather than quality, as a consultant on hospitals!

From my personal experience I felt the doctor was pretty experienced , but didn't know how to communicate to patients , he would charge 500 rs for consultation, but would only give 5 mins to the patient . He is too blunt , which sometimes is pretty overwhelming for patient . He does not have a caring approach , and also hesitate a lot in discussing patient queries .

Dr. Kailas is the reason why am going for my second ortho surgery with such confidence... Hats Off to You Dear Doc...

An obnoxious, bad and an insulting experience for my wife when she went for a consultation opinion. Sometime health problems can be overwhelming and mental distress for patients which will take them for a second opinion with a doctor after a initial diagnosis study. This person doesn't listen at all and do not rely on diagnostic reports, rather, having some cheap complex and attitude if we ask questions about our health conditions. He doesn't like questions at all from patients What kind of Dr is this? My wife was totally embarrassed and felt insulted by his attitude and response when she was asking questions about her health conditions . We were deciding on a option to see whether the treatment can be done in USA or at India based on the best treatment plan. I had an consultation with a spinal surgeon here at Atlanta and he had some couple of notes about the treatment. I sent this notes to my wife for a second consultation with this Dr . He feels that patients who are coming to see him are illiterate and thinks that the questions the patients are asking are being drafted after searching google. !!! What kind of obnoxious and attitude is this? Dr, these are not google questions. But are notes from a spinal surgeon who is doing same job as you and qualified as you are. Dr, It is not you who can assist. Remember , world outside is big and fruitful, and other good hearts are there to LISTEN to patients .Change yourself on your bad attitude towards your patients who are coming to see for a consultation opinion. A NEVER RECOMMENDED DR TO GO FOR A VISIT !!!!!!

I have seen Dr. Kailas multiple times for my son and sister when they had injuries from accidents and for my plantar fascitis. It is very rare these days you find doctors who suggest only necessary treatment options and do not try to exploit money. I being a person from a clinical background who completed my Nursing from AIIMS n have been working in US Healthcare for 25 years now understand problems fairly well. I currently am planning to consult him again with my feet problem. Though i am based in Hyderabad i waited till now to come n consult him because i have trust in his abilities n do not have confidence to go to another doctor.. I was forced to write this here seeing 2 negative opinions above.

I had to consult an ortho for a second opinion and decided to book an appointment for Dr Kailas. I was tad apprehensive about visiting another doctor ,but when I got in to his clinic and met him my whole perspective changed , he clearly belonged to the rare breed of doctors who aren't narcissistic and just do their job and treat us like ignorant humans. Dr. Kailas took his time to explain the issue , was so pleasant that he instantly put me at ease . I would recommend him for any ortho issues . He is a good doctor who knows how to treat his patients with time ,medicines and respect.
