My mother recently underwent an orthopaedic surgery at this hospital and I'm truly grateful for the care she received. Dr. Shammas was incredibly supportive throughout the process. The hospital staff were kind, attentive, and made sure my mother felt at ease during her stay. She is now continuing her recovery with physiotherapy at the hospital, and we're very thankful for the encouraging and supportive team there as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at Al Arif Hospital. The facility is not well-maintained--waiting areas are crowded, the cleanliness is below standard, and the infrastructure seems outdated. The billing process was another major issue. The final bill was much higher than what was initially informed, with hidden charges that were not properly explained. Despite multiple inquiries, the billing staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing concerns. Patients deserve better transparency and service. Definitely not a hospital I would recommend!

I underwent an orthopedic surgery, Dr shammas with his ortho team Dr . Safeer and Dr. Jasim were very supportive and thoughtful .The staff and nurse made me feel really at ease and comfortable they gave me utmost care even mentally whenever I ws overwhelmed. Physiotherapists were also very helpful and effective. The PRO also kept us in check for any help .Overall utmost thanks Al Arif hospital . God bless with abundance
