Love the ambience at this Hospital. Very well organized. Admission and discharge at this hospital seems very relaxed and all departments working together to achieve the the best compliments. I would definitely compliment as the best hospital in this District. Rooms are a woww , neat and spacious, Toilets equipped with toiletries and kept very clean, Hot water available, TV Cable connection with enough channels the best. Nurses are the back born of every hospitals. They deserve the best of the best. But very sad our State pays them with very low wages... Big Salute to the Nurses. Doctors very kind and explains very well patient's conditions and treatment.Anyways that's it for now...Good Luck and hope this Hospital flies high with the best colors. HIP HIP HURRAY !!!!!

Hi, We had selected the package-Women care plus. Writing my own experience regarding how it went. First of all booking appointment was a quick experience, good follow up. We had welcoming staffs and we were guided at every point, staff walking with us up and down. No delays, professional approach. Hope the hospital continue to give excellent care and support to all the patients and families. Thanks

A trip whose objective was to visit a place where it would be possible to sound one of our greatest assets, health, ended up achieving an unexpected learning experience about hospitality. We are from a distant land, from the south of the immense continent of Africa. We come from a place called Mozambique, which, like your homeland, also overlooks the Indian Ocean. We are from a land where hospitality, like India, is part of our culture. When we set foot on the land of this part of India called Kerala, we sensed that we were about to have a pleasant experience, and that was exactly what happened. It didn't take long for us to realize that we weren't foreigners, that we belonged to a race, the human race. We cannot fail to express our profound gratitude to Dr. Sam Abraham for all his involvement and inspiration that led us to the discovery and access to this space, the Tiruvalla Medical Mission, which is concerned with human health and life. We knew the India that books and other media offered us, an exotic and surreal India, impressive and unpredictable. However, this was only partial knowledge, because there was another part to discover, another India that the State of Kerala, through the Tiruvalla Medical Mission, placed before our eyes. An India that was waiting for us to offer one of life's most important lessons: the lesson of affection! The rich experience of your Mission offered us the possibility of believing again that it is possible to rediscover a true smile. The desire to help others. That the world is not lost. That a piece of paradise still exists in the hearts of men. This is what we found at the Tiruvalla Medical Mission, in the doctors who welcomed us, with Dr. Sam Abraham as their true maestro, in the technicians who listened to our ailments, in the nurses who approached us. Dr. Sam Abraham's kindness extended beyond medical care. Acting as a gracious host, he opened the doors of his home and introduced us to his family and his wife, Dr. Deepa Susan Thomas, a Community Physician. Together, they delighted us with Indian cuisine and also helped us discover interesting places and aspects of Thiruvalla. Faces bursting with solidarity came from all sides. More than the medicine, affection, love, healed us! Throughout the wonderful days we spent with you, many pages were written in our minds about the things and people of this mythical land of yours. The paragraphs of these imaginary writings were filled with color, the flavors of your cuisine, the permanent smile of your people. We don't know if these writings that now live in our memory will ever be published, but of one thing we are certain: if that happens, they will certainly be writings that speak of a welcoming India! God Bless you all!

The booking was very smooth, the packages for check up is reasonable. Clearly marked ways and parking spaces are available at the front. There are persons to help you along the way through the whole process and the staff are pleasant to deal with. The canteen is very good and has tasty meals and well behaved staff. Will visit here again.

Ultrasound & Radiology dept is poor in management. 8 patient to process took more than 2 hours. I don't understand how many ultrasound machine they have. Waiting from 12 50 till 3 o, clock and still waitint. If you are here then your entire day is consumed. They don't even care for the time patients are waiting they are on their own time. I see many patients are stuck. Also there is no tokenization in this place. They are like we will book the ultrasound for next days rather than asking to wait. My parents are stuck with this and still like 3 more people to go... The consultation doc will leave at 330 which might spill and take another day for revisit.

My Father had suffered a mild heart attack and was admitted to TMM Hospital. He was treated with utmost care under Dr. Mathew Vachaparambil and his team. The nursing staff, cleaning staff as well as the catering team did a wonderful job during our time there with fantastic co-ordination and care as per the needs of the patient.

We chose Thiruvalla Medical Mission Hospital for our pregnancy journey, trusting its reputation and the positive impression we initially had of the doctor. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a joyful and safe time in our lives turned into an emotionally and physically traumatic experience--one that still haunts us. From the beginning, there were signs of carelessness. My wife was diagnosed with hyperemesis and had severe weight loss during her first trimester. Shockingly, the hospital did not have a properly working weighing machine, which is a basic requirement for any medical facility--especially one handling pregnancies. It was hard to believe that a hospital of this scale lacked even the basic equipment. We had purchased a full pregnancy package covering consultations, blood tests, and scans. Yet, during one of our visits, we were wrongly charged for a consultation. When we tried to clarify this, a staff member at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive, insisting we hadn't purchased the package--even though we had a valid receipt. Only after showing the documentation multiple times did another staff member finally step in and acknowledge the error. However, the same rude staff member continued to question us on future visits, causing undue stress during an already fragile time. The real tragedy unfolded around the fifth and seventh month scans. The fifth-month scan report had indications that warranted further testing (TIFFA scan), but our gynaecologist told us everything was fine and gave us no further instructions. We believed and trusted her. It wasn't until the 7th-month scan (28th week) that another doctor pointed out a major issue with the baby's development--something that should have been caught and addressed much earlier. By then, it was too late. We were referred to a fetal medicine specialist in Kottayam, but despite their best efforts, we lost our baby at 32 weeks. The pain of that loss is indescribable. My wife suffered emotionally, physically, and mentally. As a family, we went through immense trauma--something we wouldn't wish upon anyone. What hurts the most is knowing that if proper medical care and communication had been given at the right time, this could have been avoided. We are forever grateful to the doctors at Government Medical College, Kottayam, who did all they could--but sadly, it was already too late. This review is not written out of anger but out of deep grief and responsibility. We want other families to be cautious, to ask questions, and to choose carefully--because one person's carelessness can lead to irreparable loss. Please, to the hospital management--review your protocols, your staff training, and your systems. Ensure that no other family has to endure what we did.

I completed my health check-up through the Elite package. The service was excellent, and all investigations and consultations were done in a short time. I recommend this to everyone who requires urgent and complete care. One of the staff members were always with us.Many thanks..
