Extremely Disappointing Service at Parumala Hospital I visited Parumala Hospital with my mother, and our experience was nothing short of frustrating. The service was incredibly bad, and it felt as though we were being treated with little care or respect. The staff was unprofessional, and communication was poor throughout our visit. We expected better treatment, especially for someone in need of medical care, but instead, the overall experience was disappointing and upsetting. It is disheartening to see such a lack of proper care at a hospital. Today I visited Parumala Hospital for some diagnostic procedures, including an endoscopy, and found the overall experience disappointing due to excessive waiting times. From initial registration to seeing the doctor and undergoing tests, the process was very slow and poorly coordinated. Even patients with appointments were left waiting for hours. The delay wasn't just for endoscopy but for most procedures and consultations, making the whole experience tiring and frustrating -- especially for patients who are unwell or fasting. There seems to be a serious issue with time management and patient flow. I hope the hospital management takes note and works to improve scheduling, communication, and overall efficiency, so that patient care becomes more timely and comfortable.
