I must say the experience at the hospital reception was excellent. The reception staff were very helpful, polite, and quick to guide patients and attenders. Compared to other departments, the reception service really stood out for its efficiency and friendliness. It made the hospital visit a lot easier and less stressful. I hope the same level of care and professionalism is reflected in all other departments too.

I had booked an appointment with pediatrician Dr. Abdul Salam for my baby, but the experience at the hospital was extremely frustrating. Despite having a scheduled time, we were made to wait over 2 hours for the consultation to begin. There was no communication from the staff regarding the delay, and no one took responsibility to inform us about the doctor's late arrival. The staff seemed disorganized and indifferent, with zero regard for patients' time. There was clear miscommunication among the staff and nurses, leading to even more confusion. While we understand that emergencies can delay a doctor, the lack of basic courtesy to update waiting patients is simply unacceptable. The hospital's approach to patient care and time management was pathetic and unprofessional. This experience left us deeply disappointed and stressed. We expected a much higher standard of service and accountability. Definitely not recommending this hospital to anyone.

I had a very good experience at the hospital. The reception team was polite, helpful, and well-organized, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Very bad experience from this hospital. We booked for paediatrician Dr. Abdul Salam for my 6 month old. We got the first token and the doctor was supposed to arrive at 9 am. He didn't shown till 11.15 am. Waited for 2 hours. Hospital management told first, he will arrive in 20 minutes leave us to wait for 2 hrs with a 6 month infant. Ultimately we consulted another doctor as the first doctor not arrived.

I was brought to the Casualty in serious condition with low BP due to some kind of allergy. Dr. Shamseer and his efficient team quickly took charge and started treatment. Soon, Dr. Shamseer from the Emergency Dept assured me that things were under control. The care I received later from Consultant Dr. Rafnas Rafeeque was excellent. He was very kind in answering all my doubts, which helped me recover faster. The treatment was professional, and the entire staff worked as a team. They also seemed happy and motivated. However, outside ICU the nursing staff are under-staffed and they find it difficult to attend to patients requirements. Here there is scope for improvement. Had an appointment with Dr. Abdul Salam for my granddaughter, but ended up waiting over 2 hours with no update. Staff didn't inform us about the doctor's delay and showed no concern for patients' time. Miscommunication among nurses and complete lack of accountability. Extremely disappointed with the service. Not recommended.

Last month, I visited Thalassery Mission Hospital with my cousin for treatment, and I was impressed by the reception team's incredibly friendly and efficient behavior towards patients and bystanders.
