Some departments are missing here. The queue infront of the pharmacy was very crowded. But it was air conditioned.

The closest best OP department. There are excellent physicians in every department. During visits, orthopaedic and plastic surgery provided excellent care. There is much work to be done in the pharmacy, casual and diagnostic departments, despite significant infrastructural investment. To maintain the hospital status of a medical college, new equipment and facilities are needed. A few admissions-related problems remained. In light of the future, it might grow into an amazing educational facility. The best medical advice is available as a hospital, which is really helpful to those who live nearby like me. I thought the buildings and surrounding area needed more repair. There is enough parking.

Patient Experience at Parippally Medical College - Honest Feedback I recently had an experience at Parippally Medical College, and unfortunately, it was disappointing in several aspects. The hospital infrastructure seems outdated and not well-maintained. The building structure is not friendly for patients with mobility issues, especially those using wheelchairs. There are no proper ramps, elevators are not easily accessible, and the general layout makes movement difficult for disabled or elderly patients. Moreover, the availability of wheelchairs is very limited, and even when available, they are often in poor condition or not easily provided when needed. This causes a lot of stress for patients and their caretakers, especially in emergency or urgent situations. Another major concern was the behavior of some hospital staff members. Many appeared to be indifferent or even rude when patients or their families asked for help or information. In a place where compassion and support are most needed, this kind of attitude only adds to the suffering of those already in pain. I hope the hospital administration takes these issues seriously and works on improving the accessibility, cleanliness, and especially the attitude of staff. Patients deserve proper care and dignity during their treatment.

The Casualty Doctor on duty failed to explain treatment details to a patient and attendent who travelled all the way from Idukki to this hospital in an ambulance, neglecting the sick patient. Doctor here was arrogant and abusive and doesn't follow the medical ethics. So disappointed

Relatively new Government Medical College, construction by ESI corporation and taken over by DME, Kerala. Most of the Broad specialities are working well. They do have Cardiologist and Nephrologist

Excellent Institute for medical education. The treatment facilities are also good. Has got centralized air conditioned digital classrooms. The labs are also air conditioned.
