Dr. Lakshmi Hospital

"Ugh, my experience at Lakshmi hospital Palakkad was terrible My dad and I went for a 10 am appointment with the super famous cardiac doc, but we ended up waiting till 7 pm! 9 hours! I'm talking overnight-style waiting, not just a few hours. The management needs to get their act together and provide actual appointment slots. It's not rocket science, folks! Patients and caregivers are exhausted, hungry, and stressed. The doc was brilliant, no doubt, but the hospital's chaos and poor planning ruined everything. If you're a patient, you deserve better. Rating: 2/5 stars To the management: Sort out your scheduling system, and maybe add some comfy seats or water for patients. We're humans, not just numbers!

Very worst experience, when my father went for check up they said to do angiogram and took the appointment, at the time of angiogram they said, need to do angioplasty wright now and need to confirm within 5 minutes. There is no other options for us, and we agreed to do angioplasty. From the 1st day onwords we are facing a worst situation in this hospital, we were compared with govt hospital and came to know that we will get a good treatment from govt hospital comparing to this one. We got a worst room with chargeable of 2,700.rs of small and cleanliness rooms, rooms like as ward, no door locks, spider is running over and there. Once we paid bills , they are adding the same bills in next bill sections and making us fools. Nurses and their staffs are behaving like as we came their for free treatment. Very very very worst and bad experience which I have experienced in my whole hospital life. Huge difference in amount which they have told us on first visit. While comparing to other hospitals, amount also is very high as other hospitals said. We came here to do treatment from Dr. Jayagopal and he didn't came in near to this patient. We became fools and after 10 days visit also same issue happened we wait for him and one tamil dr. Came and said come on next month after waiting from morning 9 am and said on evening 6pm. All patients need to read this review before going for this hospital treatment. If you went to govt hospital you will get a better treatments from govt hospital.

Parking space is away from hospital.dignostic center , parking, insurance desk, and Canteen other side of the busy road, no spead breakers provided. Any time accident may happen including their staff while crossing road . One advantage if accident happens immediately can admit in hospital. Foot over bridge or Speed breaker or depute staff to support to cross road not able to provide by hospital administration.

I had a very disappointing experience at Lakshmi Hospital, Palakkad, during a visit for a cardiac consultation. The patient was in a very weak condition and unable to sit for long periods, yet we were made to wait for an unreasonably long time. Despite visiting specifically for a cardiac checkup, there seemed to be no consideration for the urgency of the patient's condition. The lack of proper coordination and patient care was truly frustrating. This was a very distressing experience, and I hope the hospital improves its management and prioritizes patients who need urgent attention.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who truly cares about their loved ones' health!

I had very bad experince about Dr Bindu. She is very rude behaviour. She abused me infront of everyone even my mom also. Still Iam worrying about that. Even though she is very experienced Dr. But is better to choose a good Dr. Bcoz all the pregnant ladies have a nightmare of their pregnant journey. At that time we want to get the presence of a good hospital and friendly doctors and nurses. Some nurses were good

The treatment was very good when my wife went for delivery. But the insurance department, their account department and a GM named Sunil do not have any information. Neither of them has any information that a tax receipt is required to claim ESI. A woman named Praseetha sent me to the insurance department and a staff there gave me the hospital's tax receipt, not the tax receipt of my bill. All the papers are safe in my hands. I intend to register an online complaint. I do not know whether it is the staff who are not informed or the management. Let's see how it goes, whether the law will save or punish.

Actually it doesn't worth for giving a star. Very disappointing experience from the hospital and staffs. Totally feeling exhausted and regretting about I came here, wasted money and valuable time. I will never recommend this hospital. If you really care about your health and time please go to any other hospitals.I didn't get frustrated this much when I visited a hospital in my entire life.Its extremely bad and I can't express through my words. No one have any professional ethics in that hospital.

With respect to the treatment they offer (based on my personal experience), admitted for pregnancy amount wise, treatment is too costly and also it was not worthy . I wont recommend it to anyone. We were admitted at 10:00 am and they provided room for us at 5:30pm. Per day they charge 2500 for room but they are not ready to provide the basic needs ( water). Water supplies were not available. Even we informed this to the authority no response from them. They are not ready to change the room. They were trying us to convince us. As we were admitted for the pregnancy they are not ready to provide proper rooms. Worst experience from this hospital. Not worth For the pay
