Extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from Carewell Hospital. Despite multiple calls, the phone went unanswered. When someone finally picked up, they simply said 'hello' and then started speaking amongst themselves, completely ignoring me. This is unacceptable for a healthcare provider. How can a hospital handle a serious issue this way?

My Grandma got admitted here in the hospital. They gave a nasty room that smells too bad. They even said that it's the best premium AC room for Rs3000. But we got the worst room and even after complaining, they didnt even cared about.

During a strike this hospital treated patients without care so how a common man can believe this hospital. We common people's believing them and only their careless I lost my father. . I am strongly saying this is profit only greedy hospital. Don't believe blindly don't if they can't treat they can say to shift to other hospital. My dad is admitted today. He is in ICU so we took a room for us.Room lock is not closing Its 10 pm still we are waiting for their reply. Nurses behavior is also very bad especially for ICU nurses. I won't recommend this hospital. But Dr Abhay narayana is very good in behavior and consulting that's the only reason we came here.
