I would like to highlight a serious concern regarding the pharmacy section at Baby Hospital. This is the second time I've experienced a long delay -- patients are waiting for more than one hour just to receive their medicines. Many parents and children are visibly frustrated. Some people haven't even had lunch, babies are crying, and a few patients are getting angry due to the long wait. This is a hospital, and timely service is very important -- especially when it comes to children. We don't understand what's causing the delay or what exactly the pharmacists are doing inside, but something definitely needs to be improved. We request the hospital management to look into this issue seriously and take necessary action to reduce the waiting time and improve the service.

Patient Reviews
If you have any other plans for the day, I strongly recommend not coming here -- your entire day might get wasted just waiting. While the treatment and services are generally good, the waiting time is extremely disappointing. Appointments can be booked for specific times, but they don't actually follow that schedule. Instead, they operate on a first-come, first-served basis, which completely defeats the purpose of booking in advance. Unfortunately, this isn't a one-off experience -- it has been the same across multiple appointments with different doctors. For example, if your appointment is at 1 PM, you might not be done until 6 or 7 PM, if you're lucky. On the positive side, the place is clean, and the quality of treatment is good. But the lack of proper time management makes the overall experience frustrating.
We are extremely satisfied with the entire process. Both mother and child are safe and were well taken care of. The staff was kind and attentive throughout. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, also with thoughtful small decor touches that made the space feel warm and welcoming.
I recently had an outstanding experience at Baby Memorial Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The doctors took the time to explain my mother's treatment thoroughly, and the nurses provided exceptional care with kindness and patience. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-organized, making my stay as comfortable as possible. The administrative process was smooth, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend Baby Memorial Hospital to anyone seeking top-quality medical care. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and compassion--you truly make a difference!
Me and my family had a great experience with the Health package Team at BMH Kannur. We took the Active Life package and it was worth visiting. It included all the required full body tests and the best part is the behaviour and hospitality of the staff. The Health checkup section staff was with us from end to end and was really helpful. Kudos to the Team!!!
Very disappointed with the emergency services at Baby Memorial Hospital, Kannur. I came to the casualty on August 5th around 12:45 AM with a high fever and breathing difficulty, but the experience was far from professional. The doctors on duty showed a complete lack of seriousness. One of them was walking around so casually that my husband and I thought he was just another staff member. His consultation was rushed and clearly lacked concern. Another doctor had an unbearable attitude as if he owned the hospital -- extremely unprofessional behavior in an emergency setting. There was also poor communication throughout the visit. When my husband went to make the payment, the staff were more interested in getting the money transferred quickly than explaining what services we were even paying for. After payment, the nursing in-charge asked whether we had bought the medicines -- we weren't even given a prescription or told where to get it from! The nursing staff were kind, but heavily overworked. Clearly, the night shift team is understaffed and not functioning efficiently. I was discharged at 2 AM, but my fever and breathing issues only got worse. Emergency care, especially at night, must be more accurate, transparent, and professional.
I came from Mumbai to fix my knees here by Dr. Tony's team of Ortho. It was excellent experience with every aspect of hospital, right from doctors, nursing staff to supporting staff. I will be writing an article about all my thoughts.Though it was total knee replacement surgery for both knees, each and everyone saw to it that I suffer the least. Long live BMH where everyone here are angels in disguise. I was in ward 3F4 in room 121 for 8 days, from 10th April to 18th April 2025. ... Nandini Vinay Deshmukh, Mumbai
