Situated by the main road, this hospital offers quick accessibility and decent parking. I went there for a medical, the staff related were supportive. The medical was done quickly, the lab technicians and emergency ward staff helping without wasting much time. The hospital can be kept clean a bit more. The facilities can be added and maintained more too.

Hospital without hospitality. Casualty service is pathetic. I went there with my mother for emergency care. A staff was sitting in the security chair, busy on his phone.(not security staff) He saw our car but didn't respond. He came only after I called him and asked for a wheelchair. Such careless attitude is unacceptable in a hospital.
Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience My brother and I, both of us medical professionals-Doctors ,with over 25 years of experience, had a deeply unpleasant experience during a recent visit to Sreekandapuram Hospital, Kandiyoor, Mavelikara, for an orthopaedic consultation with Dr. Ayyappan Pillai. Dr. Pillai's approach was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. My brother was experiencing pain in his left knee joint, and during the examination, the doctor repeatedly pressed the painful area despite my brother clearly expressing significant discomfort and even crying out in pain. The manner in which the examination was conducted was shockingly insensitive and unlike anything we have witnessed in our professional careers. I had also booked an appointment with Dr. Pillai for wrist pain. However, after witnessing how my brother was treated, I decided not to proceed with my consultation, even though we had already paid for both appointments. Later that evening, I contacted the hospital receptionist to request a refund for my unused consultation. To my dismay, I was accused of being dishonest about our visit. The receptionist claimed that only 250 was taken from me and insinuated that I was lying for the sake of 50, We have paid Rs.600 for our consultation.no receipts or card for the payment or appointment stating that their software is not working. Receptionist is saying to approach their office for the same.when we got this type of an experience from the Doctor & the receptionist how can we to expect good from their office? This entire experience--from the doctor's behavior to the way the reception staff handled my genuine request--was both distressing and disappointing. Such treatment is completely unacceptable in any healthcare setting.
Today I went along with my parents to consult neuro Dr.Ajayan, our appointment was at 10:00 AM we reached on time and waited till 12:15 PM and we were told that he was busy with a surgery. Yesterday when we called and booked initially they told to come at 9:00 AM afterwards we got a call from hospital and they said that the appointment is rescheduled for 10:00 AM because doctor has to perform a surgery. Entire patients today were waiting for him wasting their entire day. I want to ask the management when such surgeries are pre planned then why do you take the OP appointments ? just to double the source of income and we heard that this is a noble profession. Please do business but not only for the sake of business
We are deeply saddened to share that our grandfather tragically lost his life due to what we believe was gross medical negligence on the part of this hospital--particularly by Dr. Ravi Shankar and the medical staff who were on duty at the time.Despite our repeated and urgent requests to have our grandfather admitted due to his critical health condition, our concerns were not taken seriously. No basic diagnostic tests, such as a blood test or ECG, were performed. He was suffering from a severe infection, and ultimately succumbed to septic shock and cardiac arrest. Moreover, there was a significant delay in initiating appropriate treatment or facilitating a timely transfer to another facility. By the time he was shifted to Parumala Hospital, his condition had deteriorated beyond recovery. We strongly believe that the lack of prompt and adequate medical attention directly contributed to his untimely death. This traumatic and irreversible loss has devastated our family, and we will not forget the experience we endured--especially at the hands of those we trusted for medical care.We hope no other family has to suffer such a loss due to negligence.
Poor service from the pharmacy staffs.they are not at all doing their work fastly and sincerely.i am not at all happy with the service frm these staffs
Very bad experience from the reception and opd staffs. Few weeks back , we had a terrible exerience. My mother had to take an injection intramuscularly . An inexperienced staff took the injection. Now my mother has severe pain and itching in the area. Colour of skin over that area started to change. Pathetic inexperienced staff!!!!
Very bad experience. Dr. Vijay Kumar misdiagnosed a cancer patient. He was treating a cancer patient for ulcer for almost three months. He kept giving medicines for ulcer. Please think before goin to these fake doctors. Always take a second opinion.
