Dr. MALANKARA HOSPITAL

Doctors are good but the operations are very poor. We have waited 7 hours to see the doctor . And to get the medicine from the pharmacy there also we need to wait around 1 hour . They aren't care about the time of the patients or customers.

Worst experience, especially with Dr. Susan Johny. I visited there for my father and this lady behaved as if we are asking her a free advice. Morethan that how can doctor be rude like this? Worst worst experience. If you want a curation with understanding doctors and staff please don't go there. Kunnamkulam Taluk hospital is much better than this as far as doctors services as well as infrastructure is concerned. The behaviour of nurses were also very bad. And as far as hygine is concerned, it was also poor as the used water us overflowing in the wash area

Bad service and infrastructure. They have no idea how to deal with long-distance patients. They are asking us to come early in the morning at 6 AM to get the token, and later the number, and later for consultation. I would suggest the medical college as they have better service than they do.

I got Good service from Malankara hospital. Recently I was discharged from Malankara hospital after Cesarean. , I'm so thankful to Obstetrics department especially Dr. Pradeep Varghese Koshy, for your care & service. This was my 3rd cesarean & I had a history of neonatal death of my 2nd baby. So I was so tensed and nervous at the time of admission , but sir you made me calm & make my intranatal & postnatal days more easier. Because of your special concern my baby got more care that help me tensionfree in my postpartum days.. And I'm thankful to Dr. Pournami and the paediatric department for your care & treatment. I express my sincere thanks to Dr. Pradeep Varghese Koshy & the Malankara hospital for the valuable service

Poor Hygiene The hospital is not maintaining proper hygiene, even in the labor room. They didn't even change the bed sheets between patients--there was hair and even blood on them. At least, a hospital should be hygienic. Otherwise, how can we even call it a hospital? Also, the laboratory does not have experienced technicians,

Very bad management. The specialised doctors are available but the management doesnt know how to utilise the doctors and give the best service to the patients. The patients has to wait a long time because of the unmanaged procedures. Today we visited the audiology department, the Doctor came by late and there is no token system, First come first out.
