Dr. Mother Care Hospital

I choose this hospital for my wife's delivery. Front desk: highly cooperative Doctors : Good and experienced ( Dr. Ragina and Dr. Nishad ali ) Nursing: quick responsive and cooperative Public relation: Good and gentle highly cooperative and helping.(Especially PRO Nimisha) Restaurant: one of the best hospital canteen i have seen. Cleaning and other staff: all sticking with their jobs and perfect. Rooms : good space and clean . Room rent are in bit higher side.

I had a very negative experience at this hospital. The medical staff appeared to lack proper experience, and the quality of care was extremely poor. In my opinion, patient safety does not seem to be a priority here it's more about making money than saving lives. I strongly urge others to be cautious and seek care elsewhere if possible. This place needs serious oversight and accountability.

It's not often that one encounters such a level of dedication and care. The doctors and nurses took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure my father felt reassured at all times. It's clear they are dedicated to providing the best care possible, and their compassion truly shines through. Additionally, the hospital is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The environment felt safe, hygienic, and welcoming, which added to our confidence in the care being provided. Recently, my wife delivered our baby at MCH under the care of Dr. Sajitha. We are extremely grateful for the way she treated us--calmly, pleasantly, and with great professionalism. She was very helpful and guided us in the right direction throughout the process. We used the MCH Labour Suite for the delivery, and it was an excellent experience. The staff in the labour room were supportive, attentive, and very helpful during the entire time of delivery. We would also like to appreciate Ms. Nimisha from the management team (PRO), who provided timely guidance and support, helping us navigate everything smoothly. Overall, we are very satisfied and thankful for the care we received at MCH.
