Special mention to Counselor Regina Danish for her exceptional support and guidance. The facilities were clean and modern. I highly recommend this hospital for quality medical care.

Visited Starcare Hospital today for my cousin's rhinoplasty surgery. Shockingly, the lift was out of order and We had to take the stairs, and it was extremely difficult, especially for aged people and patients Also, the hospital frontage was unhygienic with waste and drainage water collected outside. For a reputed hospital, this level of maintenance is unacceptable.

I had a wonderful delivery experience at Starcare Hospital, Kozhikode.The services, facilities, and overall support from the staff were excellent and very patient-friendly. A special mention to the gynaecology team, especially my doctor, Dr. Pavnez Abdul Rahman. She skillfully managed a critical issue during my delivery, which helped me go through a normal delivery process and avoid at the last minute C-section. Her support, professionalism, and compassion throughout my journey were truly remarkable. Her calm and reassuring approach gave me great confidence and peace of mind every step of the way. I am so thankful to Dr. Pavnez for her exceptional care and dedication. I truly appreciate the care and commitment of the entire team at Starcare. I highly recommend the hospital to anyone looking for quality medical care with a personal touch.

Dr. Fazal Rahman's consultation for my lower back injury was outstanding. His patience and advice were incredibly reassuring. It was a very good experience today at the radiology department. Very supportive staff. I was very scared to have the procedure done. I am writing this review to bring to the attention of the management the unpleasant experience faced during consultation visits at Starcare Hospital. I usually call the hospital and book an appointment for a specific time slot. However, even after arriving at the hospital on time, I am often unable to meet the doctor as scheduled. The reason given is that patients from earlier time slots are still being let in. When I ask the staff, they say, "Those who booked earlier slots are still pending, which is why there's a delay." Even when those earlier patients arrive late, they are still allowed to go in first. As a result, people who arrive on time are forced to wait again. This causes a lot of inconvenience for those who travel from faraway places, especially with babies. Either those who come on time should be given priority, or the hospital should follow a proper first-come, first-serve system. Right now, neither is being followed. Does the time of punctual patients not matter at all? When we raise this concern with the hospital staff, the usual response is, "This is how things are done here." Unfortunately, this is not a one-time issue -- it has been the same every time. That said, I would also like to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent care and support I received from the doctors and nurses during my pregnancy and delivery. I am truly happy and grateful for the kindness and service they provided during that time. If the same level of efficiency and care could be applied to managing consultations as well, it would make a big difference.
