I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hospital and feel compelled to share it so others can make an informed choice. Firstly, the computer system was terribly inefficient. Long wait times were caused by frequent system slowdowns and errors. Patient records seemed disorganized, and I had to repeat my details multiple times, which added to the frustration. Secondly, there was a clear lack of communication among the staff. One department didn't seem to know what the other was doing. I was sent back and forth several times for basic information, which could have easily been resolved with better internal coordination. Lastly, and most upsetting, was the rude behaviour from the pharmacy staff, particularly someone named Surya. Instead of assisting politely, they were dismissive and unprofessional, making an already stressful situation worse. Overall, the experience reflected poor management and a lack of empathy for patients. I sincerely hope the administration takes these issues seriously and improves both staff training and their systems.

I recently visited this hospital, and I was quite impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable during my stay.The location is also convenient, with easy access from major roads. Overall, I had a positive experience here.

The performance of registration / re visit wass pathetic. I was keep bisiting this hospital by 15 years.This is the 3rd time I was facing same delay from their end. I humbly request to the management to fix an experienced and we'll behaviour staffs on the registration counter. The present staffs are treating us very disappointed way. The behaviour will definitely effect the goodwill of the hospital .please consider this request and act accordingly

Had a horrible experience in this hospital . Me being a doctor myself , I've never seen a doctor with so much attitude . Dr.Dhanya (Gynecology ) was very rude and did not make my sister feel comfortable . Very bad experience . Never ever going here again .

Consulted Dr. Felix Sabu (junior consultant orthopaedics) for my hand fracture, and I'm really grateful for his care. He took the time to explain evrything clearly & made sure I felt at ease about the recovery process. Truly appreciate his expertise and kindness

I booked an appointment 1 week prior and when i went there with my son, they made me wait because they can't find his op file. We waited for a long time and they didn't find the file. Had to consult dr without any previous treatment records. Such a long wait time made my toddler cranky and he was hungry and crying. The behavior of the pharmacy staff is totally unprofessional. I had complete disappointment during this visit. I humbly request the management to rectify these shortcomings as we have to keep coming to the hospital.

One of the worst hospitals in Kozhikode with even lesser number of staffs. They don't have enough doctors. Many of the doctors like nephrologist,Gastroenterologist etc are the visiting doctors who are called from other hospitals during any emergency. But will they be coming during the needed time that is doubtful. ICU has 1 duty doctor and 3-4 nursing staff who doesn't even care about to talk about the condition of the patient. Bystanders have to ask again and again about what all medications and procedures were given to the patient and how is he doing. Hardly there will be 1-2 patients in the ICU. Still the ICU staffs behave so busy and they don't even know the patient's name . This hospital is nothing more than a small clinic. Actually clinics would have more efficient facilities tha in this hospital.

Beaware of the pharmacist Anwar Basha , went in for my baby's vaccination, and this person did not bother to inform me hes giving me a lower dosage vaccine instead of one prescribed by the doctor, he was very insensitive even when he knew it was for a 3 months baby, apart from that he had a very entitled attitude, it was as if he was doing us a favour. I could hear him discussing something with his fellow colleague & i double checked if he was giving me the right vaccination luckily i went back to the pedatrician double checked on the vaccines & found it wasnt the righ One, i asked for a refund & have decided to go elsewhere. Do not trust these scums .
