Here's a sample 4/5-star Google review: *4/5 stars* I recently visited Nirmala Hospital and had a generally positive experience. The staff and nurses were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and highly competent. They made sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. However, one area for improvement is the hospital's infrastructure. While it's clear that they prioritize patient care, the facilities themselves are showing their age. Outdated equipment and decor made the experience feel a bit less modern and streamlined than I'd have liked. That being said, the staff's excellence and dedication more than made up for the hospital's physical limitations. With some updates to their infrastructure, Nirmala Hospital would easily earn a full 5 stars from me. As it stands, I'd still highly recommend them for their outstanding care and compassion.

I think the fee was too expensive. Charged a heavy amount in the time of discharge. I think that the consulting doctor is trying to admit the patient forcefully. The overall impression was good and ok with the treatment and caring.

Came for delivery, excellent care by OBGYN department (Dr Shana rahman, Dr Binu, Nurses and even the ward aids) had a peaceful ambience and timely monitoring of vitals and essential management was communicated in a good way. However would like to criticize more on food availability and service.

Good afternoon. I'm sharing the feedback I got from my relative Sri. Kumaran 75 yrs who came there for a health check up. He was taken care of very well. They were taken to the Lab, X- ray dept, and then to the Physician, Dr. Joe Martin and Pulmonologist Dr. Amritha. They have given me a positive feedback about the departments that they were taken to. Not keeping standard of a private hospital. If you're taking money you should have some responsibilities of giving great service. Waiting for a doctor about 1.5 hours is showing lack of systematic approach. You should value others time.

Nirmal Hospital treatment services and lovely caring are very Excellent and there atmosphere is soo natural and good there doctors Nurse staff members and administration memebers are soo caring and respectfully to all patients and bystandars. Nirmala hospital is the best care treatment and support hospital I have seen.

Best experience from gynaecology department.. speacial thanks to dr shana rahman who taken care of me throughout my pregnancy and delivery. I had a normal delivery only bcoz of her support and care.. Behaviour of the staffs was so kind .. they treated me with very care and helped alot during delivery . i am happy that i have have choosed best dr in my pregnancy journey ... thank you dr shana rahman and nirmala.
