"I am overwhelmed with gratitude and joy as I write this review about the exceptional care I received at National Hospital during the delivery of my child. The entire team, especially Dr. Aishwarya went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and safe delivery. The Dr was so friendly and i can share my every silly problems with her and i was happy that the Dr heard every thing and gave me the best suggestions and support through out the process. And also the Room was so spacious with balcony a by stander bed and the cleaning staff cleans the room twice a day , 100% hygiene is been maintaned!! From the moment I arrived at the hospital, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The nurses and staff were attentive, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Dr. Aishwarya was incredible! Her expertise, patience, and gentle care put me at ease during a potentially overwhelming experience. Her dedication to her patients is truly remarkable. The hospital's facilities were clean and well-equipped. The care was excellent, and the staff helped me with breastfeeding and newborn care. I would highly recommend National Hospital and Dr. Aishwarya to anyone expecting a baby. And also the well known Dr Bhadran is the senior consultant in National Hospital So The gynacology squad of the hospital is so experinced and stands number one Thank you for bringing my precious little one into the world with such love and care!"

National Hospital is one of the best hospitals in the city. The doctors and nurses are very professional and caring. A big thanks to (PRO) Anisha and Manjima they were kind, supportive, and guided me through the process with a smile. Really appreciate their help. Excellent service overall

I booked a pediatric appointment 4 days in advance and traveled 65 km to the hospital. After reaching,The staff told us that the doctor not available and had already left.the hospital staff did not inform us in advance, even though the appointment was confirmed. which is very unprofessional and caused great inconvenience.

"I had a very frustrating experience at this hospital. The staff was friendly, but the wait time for my test results was absolutely ridiculous. It took way longer than promised, and I had to follow up multiple times to get any information. This kind of delay is unacceptable when it comes to healthcare, and it caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I expected much better service, especially when it comes to something as important as medical results.

In the first week of April 2025, I saw skin specialist Dr. Najeeba Riyas. The fee was Rs. 500. Since the disease was not cured, I went to the hospital again the second week to see the doctor. When I told all the information in the Old Registration .I told them that I was from Lakshadweep and that I would have to go home by ship after 2 days, but they did not listen to me. No matter what I said, they did not agree to see the doctor. They were busy registering new patients by taking Rs. 500. Finally, not only did I lose my Rs. 500, but I also returned home without getting cured. I, a Lakshadweep resident, had a bad experience that I have not seen in any hospital in Kerala. Therefore, people who do not display such unkind human nature should not be seated at the registration counter.

Very bad and unethical service. Ones you book a Dr you will direct come and take a token after that only you will get a Apointment. From Kannur you want come 4 am and token no will be 30-35. My Dr Najeeba Riyas, she will cunsult 3-4pm... Y they doing like this? They spoil patient time and entire day. Our kids waiting 7 to 8 hrs for a cunsultation. Staff attitude very bad..
