"I took an appointment two weeks ago in the orthopedic department. They told me the doctor would be there on August 1st, and I booked an appointment for that day. Today, I called them to inquire, and the staff said there are no appointments on August 1st. The doctor will only be available after August 15th, but she wasn't sure and didn't know if the doctor would be there or not. It was a bad experience, and I would suggest the hospital HR ensures the staff has basic knowledge about the department. I'm really fed up with the staff's attitude during the call."

We are very dissatisfied with the current token system, which seems to be poorly managed. Phone bookings are being accepted, but these are not taken into account when assigning tokens. As a result, even those who book in advance are forced to wait a long time after arriving, as tokens are only issued upon entry into the system. Additionally, there is a long waiting time even for simple tasks such as showing reports. To make matters worse, the waiting area is uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning or even fans. We kindly request you to take the necessary steps to improve the system and ensure better comfort and service for patients.

This is for the attention of HR department of this hospital. Had worst experiences in Gaestro department. You can reduce the unnecessary waiting period for consulting Dr. Vinayachandran. I was informed the expected time of consultation at the time of booking itself. But had to wait for more than 3 hours even after reaching the hospital at right time as informed at the booking time. The time of patients are also precious as that of doctor. It was really annoying to watch the patients waiting for such a long time to consult this doctor in spite of advance booking. The token system is of no use. I was witnessing those who came after my reporting at counter, were called by the staff and going into consultation room. A failed and waste human resource management.

I had a very good experience at this hospital. Nephrologist Dr Biju is highly recommended. All the nursing staff, lift operators counter staff were dedicated. Charges are comparatively cheaper and treatment is very good. Gaestro doctors are very good. I am thankful for the dialysis staff for their care.

July 17, 2025 - The happiest day of our lives! After five years of waiting, we became parents to a baby today! This is an unforgettable, unique blessing from God. Two miscarriages, the difficulties we endured during treatment, the pain of unbearable injections, and the side effects of medications... after overcoming that period, this moment today feels like a dream. The pain of seeing only a single line on every pregnancy test is beyond words. At the beginning of this year, when my period was delayed, we consulted a doctor and received a report with a v-hCG level of 200,000. While we were anxious and didn't understand anything, that miracle happened -- a baby had naturally entered our lives! Since we had undergone ovum pick-up and embryo freezing two months ago, we were only expecting a pregnancy in the next cycle.
