Had an amazing experience here! The doctors were excellent and communicated everything very clearly. The staff's quick responses and helpful attitude were definitely a huge plus, This hospital is located in a prime and easily accessible area of calicut, which is a huge plus for anyone needing quick access to quality medical care. The facility itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a highly professional staff that ensures patients receive top-notch treatment across various specialties.

I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring concern I have observed during my visits to your hospital. The interstate attender staff have consistently displayed arrogant and unprofessional behavior, which negatively affects the overall quality of service and patient care. For example, even when it is clearly communicated that a bed trolley is required, they often bring a wheelchair instead, delaying proper patient handling and causing unnecessary discomfort. Their lack of proper communication and cooperation has been disappointing and needs immediate attention. I kindly request that the hospital administration take appropriate steps to: Organize proper staff training for professional behavior and communication, Ensure that the correct equipment is provided as per the patient's needs, Behavior is very bad Also they were chewing pan

My 3 1/2 days at IQRAA International Hospital & Research Centre were a very good experience. The surgeon was excellent, and the post op nursing care was very loving and attentive. The nurses were there for my every need and were very thoughtful and careful to explain things to me. The hospital provided an international advisor since I could not speak the local language. This assistant was a great help for travel and apartment arrangements, as well as the many details I needed help with. The room was clean and modern. All in all, it was a very good experience and I highly recommend this hospital. -JM

Iam sharing my recent experience at the radiology reception side,and iam quite disappointed. The staff behaviour towards patient need significant improvement. Politeness and respect should be a priority when dealing with the public, very worst from staff side,I hope management address this concern promptly.
