My experience with beach hospital: My mom insisted I go there because they supposedly have a great ortho department and good doctors. But the experience was a disaster. The doctor seemed completely lost. The nurse refused to administer the injection unless I lay down, even after I explained I couldn't because of the pulling pain. The X-ray technician was literally sleeping on the X-ray bed and didn't appreciate being woken up. To top it all off, the doctor misdiagnosed it as just a muscle tear. At Fathima: The GP took one look at the X-ray and immediately suspected a hairline fracture. He advised me to consult their orthopedist. The treatment and behaviour of the staff there were exceptional. Thanks to the Orthopedist (Prashanth) and the friendly nurses and staff. Most importantly, friendly and affordable. Fathima is a good hospital! Be like Fathima

If you plan to visit Fathima Hospital, make sure you bring lots of mosquito repellents and a mosquito bat. This hospital can be a source of Dengue by itself...Get bitten and treated right here. You can see the staff with mosquito bats. In fact this can be a test bad for mosquito repellents and also a sale point for such repellents and devices. Maybe they can brand the bats and cream 'Fathima's own mosquito' - repellent

Dr sharafudheen mammoo provided great care and skill needed for my implant removal. He was also patient and told us every bit of information which most doctors opt to not share. The post operative care was also excellent and overall a great hospital in case of a medical need.

Patients hv to wait for more than 2 hrs after the appointment time. Hospital is not informing patients if there s a delay . Waiting since 11.30, no value for time , behaving as if they can't avoid the situation. Promise what you can deliver, educate your reception to respect patients time. Patients are also busy as doctors are. Most of them are coming sacrificing their job, so please respect patients time.
