Dr. Aster MIMS Hospital

Warning to First-Time Visitors I arrived at Aster MIMS Hospital at 8:55 AM today and was appalled by the dishonest parking arrangements. There are two parking areas: one is official and presumably free, the other is private and charges 50. The issue? The security personnel intentionally direct you to the paid parking, claiming the hospital parking is full. However, I checked later--it was NOT full at all. A "Parking Full" board was falsely placed to mislead visitors. The paid parking area is a trap. The road leading to it and the lot itself are filled with deep waterlogged pits, completely unsuitable for cars. My vehicle scraped badly underneath--as did several others. Yet, they're shamelessly collecting 50 for this hazardous mess. This kind of blatant misdirection and profiteering, with the complicity of hospital security staff, is unacceptable--especially at a reputed healthcare facility. Patients and families arriving here don't deserve this kind of treatment. Google, please flag this: Charging for parking is one thing. But collecting fees for damaging people's vehicles and misleading them on purpose is outrageous.

The neurology department here is incredible! The doctors are truly excellent and explained the treatment plan very clearly, which made me feel confident in their care. I also appreciated how available they were whenever I needed assistance. The staff acted quickly and were extremely professional and helpful at every step. Really impressed with the way they handle things!

I had an excellent experience with the doctors Lasida Ali and Geetha. They were both very helpful with consultations for my wife and they. communicated everything about the procedures clearly, leaving no room for confusion. The nurses and assistants were very helpful too and their behaviour towards the patients were very good. We had to reach out to them for assistance multiple times and they always helped.

Neurology services here are decent. The doctors were good at their work and explained everything clearly. While I was satisfied with their availability, the staff really deserves credit. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful in answering my concerns. Overall, a solid experience without major faults.

The gastrology department took incredible care of me. The doctors explained my treatment very clearly and were always available when needed. Every area I visited was very clean, and the follow-up process was thorough. The staff was extremely helpful and professional throughout. I felt very satisfied with the care provided and would highly recommend them to others.

The plastic surgery department here is incredible! The doctors are not only highly skilled but also explained the procedures in great detail, which put me at ease. I never once faced a delay as the doctors were always available when needed. The support staff was quick to respond to any concerns and acted professionally throughout the visit.

I had no major complaints. The doctors had solid expertise and were good at laying out the procedures clearly. They were there for the most part when needed--no perfect system, but they did their best to accommodate. Overall, I'd say it's a dependable option for care.

The parking here is terrible because in a place where thousands of cars come and go every day, there is no one or two security staff and it is impossible to control it. I parked my car at 8 am and at that time someone parked next to it. I got his phone number so that I could take the car when I had to leave after 3 pm. Otherwise, what will I do? There is no other way. I don't get a number from anyone. If I want to change someone's car and take the next car, what will I do? I have to wait until the next person comes. When I spoke to the security there, he also had the same opinion. So there needs to be some kind of system.
