Dr. Upasana Hospital

My grandma was admitted to the hospital for three days. Our overall experience here was excellent. The staff was very attentive and professional all throughout. She felt very well cared for and supported during her stay here. Doctors were well skilled and explained everything clearly and we truly appreciate the compassion and care shown by the nursing staff as well.

I will never recommend this hospital. Two days ago, I visited with my father as his blood pressure had dropped. The behavior of the junior doctor under Mr. Pankajakshan was extremely unprofessional. As many people say, it seems these doctors are more focused on giving prescriptions to meet their targets, especially Dr. Pankajakshan. I will never visit this hospital again.

Excellent care and the way of treating was literally good and I'm completely satisfied for each and everything, from medicines, food & everything was delivered on time.Moreover they treat like a family & so on I'm completely satisfied with their services and positive responses. Thank you for your wonderful care and love .

I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience at Upasana Hospital yesterday , 10 July 2025. I had an appointment for physiotherapy and was told by the reception staff that the doctor would be available between 9:00 AM and 9:15 AM. I arrived at the hospital at 8:55 AM and waited until 9:40 AM, but the doctor had not yet arrived. When I inquired at the reception desk again, I was informed that the doctor would not be available until 10:00 AM. I understand that delays can happen, but I am very frustrated that I was not informed of the delay earlier. I value my time, and I feel that it was wasted waiting for the doctor. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take steps to prevent similar delays from happening in the future.

The support the nurses and staff given to me can't be discribed in wordsThe way they talked to us and their frequent enquiry about my health made me confirm that my decision to choose this hospital was not at all wrong and more over the care given by Dr Mohana Menon was like a mother . A month ago, my grandmother Subhadrama underwent a hemiarthroplasty surgery under the care of Dr. Mithun Mohan, following a fracture. We are extremely thankful for the excellent care and attention she received during her treatment. Dr. Mithun was not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly kind and approachable. His calm and friendly approach helped us feel reassured throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all our questions and made sure Subhadrama was comfortable and well informed before and after the surgery. Thanks to his expertise and dedicated care, her recovery has been progressing well, and she is regaining her strength day by day. We truly appreciate his support and compassion, and we are grateful to have had such a wonderful doctor during this time. Thank you so much, Dr. Mithun, for everything!

I got an excellent treatment for tendon achilles by Dr. Ansu Anand orthopaefic surgeon .I had my tendon repair surgery done by Dr.,10 days after my fall from train but he had repaired it excellently and his weekly reviews of my leg makes me more confident abt my recovery.He is very cordial towards patients and we can contact him any time for our queries regarding our illness.Overall the treatment ,Drs ,nurses and other staff r very cooperative and humble
