My 7-month-old baby was admitted there last month. The care provided was completely inadequate, and the service was a total failure. As a medical professional, I was deeply concerned by the unprofessional manner in which patients were treated by the staff. The nurses attempted to insert a cannula multiple times but failed repeatedly, causing unnecessary discomfort to my child. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the facility--especially the washrooms--was pathetic and unacceptable for any healthcare setting, let alone one caring for infants. We were eventually forced to take a discharge against medical advice and transfer our baby to another hospital, where the standard of care was far superior. For just one day of admission, we were charged over 10,000+ for what was an extremely distressing and substandard experience. The nursing staff urgently require additional training in cannula placement and pediatric care.

Today morning Hospital authorities asked us to pay 50 K for my dad's leg fracture surgery. We tried to pay via google pay. They told us to pay by CASH. we paid cash but THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THE BILL
I was under treatment by Dr. Devapalan MD. during Feb.2024 for heavy cough and breathing problem, coupled with severe diabetic issues which were completely cured on discharge. Now I am perfectly well and I thank the Doctor and other hospital staff for their dedicated service and wish them all the best.
very worst experience with the reception staff, they need proper trainig about patient relations. Need to be improved the hygeine as well.Because of the specialfic doctors we are again and again coming to this hospital.otherwise nobody will choose this hospital .
