Staffs are so rude to patients. They are so arrogant especially that staff in gynecology.skin dr also worst

The doctors and security staffs are efficient and compassionate. But the staffs, especially those temporary appointments in the offices are rude and non co operative. These office staffs are purposefully degrading the good will of this incomparable institution of the Central Government, with their non civilized behaviour. They consider the patients as slaves and don't value their contribution to the purpose of this noble concept. Authorities must try to control them, otherwise democratic rights will not be valued...

It is a blessing for the people who are insured. Esi hospital is best rated for its cleanliness and service. Staff service is also good. Everything is going in a systematic way. All the medical department consisted of well experienced doctors. Ayurvedic and Homeopathy is also there.But like everywhere, here is also certain staff who don't know how to talk in a good way. Sometimes their behavior is much irritating.

Online booking should become activated to avoid more crowd at reception area. Moreover waiting time of patients can be reduced. Presently for taking token they have to reach hospital early morng. Even no proper waiting sheds available. Everyone seen waiting near lawn in this summer season. Very sad to see this. Pls make an arrangement for waiting with some fans fixed there.

The pharmacy service is very poor. We are waiting too much time. Please improve fast service

Please girls don't go here for delivery.. The behavior of gynecology doctors is so bad.. Me and my wife are very dissappointed..A doctor got angry with my wife for no reason..Even a pregnant woman who wants caring please don't go here.. it will cause you more stress.The hospital premises and the services there are very good.. but the gynecology doctors are not polite at all.. not mentioning their names as I don't know them..Their way of speaking is very bad.. They won't even agree to tell about the disease.. Whatever they say, they are angry..I have never had such a bad experience with any other doctor in my life
