I had a chance to go to the Kollam Devi Clinic today. I will never go there again because the system there is not right. No one should waste their time there under any circumstances. When I look there, the staff there behaves very badly with the patients. Then I have to endure it.

A very good lab located just after the chinnakada round by the side of Bishop Jerome nagar entrance with convenient parking space by the side of the building. Hazle free token system, so crowd is well managed and the front office staff is pleasant. Enough space with chairs in the waiting area. Does all the basic tests at moderate rates and delivers result either by hand or through WhatsApp within the time specified.

I have a good experience on here, reception staffs and one lady staff standing in the reception area for giving information and instructions,nice behaviour and good attitude. I am very happy to giving the review.

The behaviour of the receptionist was good towards me but the security was very rude.As this lab didn't have much parking space (only able to park about 1 or 2 cars)my father had to stay in the driver's seat .Even though we parked our car in the right way the security was rudely looking towards my mom and dad and then came and talked like some truly uncultured person .He asked us to park our car in 'The Road'. And said some rubbish thing .I think he was really crazy .I believe that even if the customer's were wrong the staffs should correct it by speaking politely.I think you shouldn't hire a person like him.
