I had a very positive experience. The staff were courteous and professional, and the clinic was clean and well-maintained. The doctor took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciated the warm and efficient care provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality medical attention and a patient-friendly environment.

1/5 stars Visited this clinic with my infant for vaccination, but the experience was quite disappointing. The pediatrician was running late, and we had to wait for a considerable amount of time. What's more frustrating is the slow pace of the entire process. Even for a simple vaccination, it took over an hour to complete. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unsure of how to handle my baby, which added to our stress and discomfort. Given the wait times, slow service, and lack of confidence in handling infants, I would not recommend this clinic for parents with young babies. Better training and efficiency would greatly improve the experience for patients like us.

Been visiting midtown for various reasons. For Kid's consulted Dr. Shebna pediatrician, Dr. Shukoor for Pulmonologist & Dr. Usha Gynaecologist. All doctors have been helpful. Staff are helpful too. Never found any particular problem. Parking at peak times is congested & might be a problem. There's Lab testing too which operates even on Sunday. Results are sent through email & whatsapp. There's no particular booking for few doctor and all doctors aren't available everyday so call up u visit. As it's nearby to me it's very convenient to visit instead of going to hospital for small maters and getting your entire day spent.

My experience with Midtown Medical Centre was very disappointing. Despite having booked an early appointment in advance and informing both the receptionist and nurse multiple times about my baby's unwell condition, we were made to wait for an unreasonably long time. It was especially concerning to see that there seemed to be no prioritization -- whether a child was seriously ill or visiting for a routine vaccination. To make matters worse, patients who had come in for follow-up reviews or simply to show reports were being sent in ahead of us. The staff showed little concern or urgency, which was extremely distressing given that my baby was clearly unwell.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic today. I visited due to a fever, but when I arrived, the doctors and staff were busy eating cake and taking selfies. There was no sense of urgency or concern for the patients waiting. I had to wait until their celebration was over before I could consult the doctor. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic hospitality was extremely frustrating, especially when someone is unwell. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better service in the future.

Extremely Disappointing and Irresponsible Experience from nursing department We had a terrible experience due to the lack of available nursing staff. We were forced to wait over 30 minutes just for a nurse to come and administer an injection to my child. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when it concerns a child's health. What's even more concerning is the mishandling of the immunization medicine. It was left outside the refrigerator for more than 15 minutes. When I raised a concern, only then did the staff place it back in the fridge--where it remained until another nurse finally arrived. This level of carelessness and disregard for basic medical protocols is extremely alarming. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues. No parent should have to go through such a stressful and unsafe situation.

The doctors and the staff at Midtown are so professional that they make you very comfortable. From my son's cold to my skin problems, I visit this small yet wonderful clinic. They take care of everything. It has become my family clinic.

Consultation gets delayed. But that is sometimes because Dr takes enough time to study a patient. I think that is very important to give a right treatment. I was surprised that she notes even small points and maintains good history of patient. She doesn't prescribe medicine unnecessarily. She also provides counseling sessions for parents for allergy asthma issues. I felt better here. Only issue is waiting time. But that definitely the staffs can handle if they manage it efficiently.
