I am telling u about only casuality services they are researching how to do treatment in expensive mode focusing treatment in a round figure

I am writing this review to get a valuable information to your notice.... Yesterday i went to casuality at krishtu jayanthi hospital along with my sister following a rta yesterday evening. There is no any communication between patient and staff. They are cannulating the patient without using glove.The staff had a wound on her hand,What are preventive measures they are taking? Its very bad behaviour in working at health care department, moreover the Doctor also not communicating with the patient and to bystanders also. There is one big criteria is primary survey, that also they are not following... there is a very much more important thing is in vital sign that also they are not following, then what is the use of emergency department?

Went to the hospital for dental services ,I consulted with Dr shobith. He was very Swift, efficient, and he explained the process throughly and did a great job .. highly recommend the hospital for their dental services

Doctors and services are good enough.. but management and managing team are very bad and not good in treating their staffs

Very bad approach from the reception staff of Christhu jayanthi hospital. Her name was lissy . I was done with an appointment with a doctor at 3: 30 pm. And as per the receptionist staff I reached the hospital at 3.20 pm . But the responsible doctor reached at 4 :00 pm. So, the patient has to wait a minimum of 30 mts of doctors appointment. That was the bad experience from the hospital and staff. I hope in the future they will be perfect.

Infrastructure facilities are good but none of the staff has a positive attitude towards the patients. Most of the staff nurse behaves as if they are treating us for free of cost , unacceptable attitude. A patient has to wait for 1 hour to take an antigen test. Really Really bad experience.

Excellent experience from every staff And friendly atmosphere

Very bad experience from Dr Lameeza family medicine on 09.05.22 Her way to approach the patient is really bad. Has a kind of bad behavior At the same time Hospital has some good doctors too But these kind of doctors will spoil hospital reputation . Management should take some steps to protect patient rights
