I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience during my father's stay at hospital. While I acknowledge the efforts of your staff, I suggest areas that require urgent attention and improvement. Firstly, I was disappointed with the quality of patient care provided. The medical explanations were unclear and not up to the expected standard. Secondly, it is found the housekeeping services to be inadequate. During the stay, i noticed that the bedsheets provided were torn and stained, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting where hygiene should be a priority. When I informed the nurse, I was provided with another sheet, but it also was torn and shabby. When I brought this to the nurse's attention, she instantly replaced it with a disposable sheet, which looked clean and neat initially. However soon found that lying on this disposable sheet made him feel extremely uncomfortable, as it caused excessive heat and sweating, even during night time, which added to his discomfort and sleep deprivation. Additionally, the billing process and discharge summary preparation took an unreasonably long time, causing unnecessary stress. The narration of the summary by the doctor lacked clarity and professionalism, which caused confusion and concern when I shared the details with another hospital, where they questioned the quality of care received. The discharge summary itself was not in a standard , further complicating ,raising more queries from insurance agency for reimbursement. I suggest that hiring more skilled doctors who can effectively communicate and narrate medical summaries would significantly enhance the quality of care and patient experience. I hope you will look into these issues seriously and take steps to improve the standards of your hospital services. Patients seek not only medical treatment but also clean facilities, comfortable bedding, clear communication, and efficient processes, all of which we found lacking in the experience.

Im deeply grateful for the exceptional care I received at this hospital. The doctors and nurses were truly amazing, but one nurse stood out - Lincy. Her compassion, kindness, and professionalism made a significant difference in my experience. From diagnosis to treatment, the entire team worked seamlessly together to ensure my recovery. Their expertise, empathy, and warmth made me feel valued and cared. Highly recommend this hospital for its outstanding medical care and dedicated staff.

Had an exceptionally compassionate service from all the staff I met there. I was having difficulty in walking but those who where in the reception did not trouble me for usual hospital procedures. Not only them; Doctors, Nursing staff, attenders- everybody were of the same kind. Actually a hassle free hospital visit.

My daughter was admitted to the hospital due to fever, with a platelet count of 1.3 lakh at the time of admission. The chief physician in charge was Dr. Kunjumon M. Sebastian (MBBS, MD). Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with him. He appeared to be egoistic and recommended several unnecessary tests, such as an echocardiogram, which we were not willing to undergo. Because of our refusal, he insisted that we continue the hospital stay, even though her platelet count had improved to 1.5 lakh and her condition had stabilized within two days. Despite her stable condition, we were made to remain in the hospital for nine days without any medication. We opted for a non-AC room because she was feeling cold. However, the room had a mosquito problem, which made the stay uncomfortable. At the time of discharge, her platelet count was 1.2 lakh. In the end, we were handed a bill of 42,100.

Yesterday, my grandmother was admitted to PS Mission Hospital. She was admitted on the second floor. The behavior and service of all the nurses there were very good.

I recently underwent physiotherapy treatment under the care of Doctor Ahmed, and I'm delighted with the results. The staff nurses were exceptional, particularly Keziya and Adithya, who both went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and speedy recovery. Their dedication, kindness, and teamwork were truly appreciated.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being admitted to the hospital due to a fracture. As someone living with muscular dystrophy, I was anxious about receiving the specialized care I needed. However, I was blown away by the exceptional care I received from the entire medical team. Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim was outstanding in his care and attention to my needs. He took the time to understand my condition and tailored my treatment plan accordingly. His expertise and bedside manner put me at ease throughout my stay. The nurses on the 4th floor were particularly impressive. They were always available to assist me, whether it was helping me with pain management, providing emotional support, or simply being a friendly face during a difficult time. Their kindness, empathy, and understanding made a significant difference during a challenging time. Overall, I'm grateful for the exceptional care I received at the hospital. The entire team deserves recognition for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to providing top-notch patient care, especially for those with complex conditions like muscular dystrophy.
