The entire team showed exceptional professionalism combined with a deeply compassionate and polite approach, not only towards the patient but also to the family members. They were always attentive and responsive to the patient's needs, offering comfort and support with great sensitivity. It was clear that they understood exactly what the patient required at each stage, and they provided care with both skill and empathy. had a very disappointing experience at Medical Trust Hospital. The lack of cleanliness across the premises was deeply concerning. Floors were dirty, and the bathrooms were in extremely poor condition -- definitely not what you'd expect from a healthcare facility. The management seems completely disorganized. Long waiting times, unclear instructions, and no staff available to guide patients through the process. When I asked questions, I was either ignored or given vague, unhelpful answers. One of the worst aspects was the X-ray area, which was unbearably hot and didn't even have a working fan. In a hospital, especially in such a critical area, basic comfort and ventilation should be a given. It was very uncomfortable for patients, especially those who were elderly or unwell. There are serious hygiene issues that need to be addressed immediately. From unclean patient beds to staff not following proper sanitation protocols, it raises major concerns about infection control. I hope the hospital administration takes this feedback seriously and initiates urgent improvements. Until then, I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality or hygienic medical care.

Excellent service. Very efficient doctors. Professionalism is at high. I was recently admitted for 9 days. I was under the treatment of Dr. Shyamala who is very efficient. The entire team of doctors who visited me in those days and their approach was very professional. The room was very nice and hygienic. The nursing department is simply wonderful.

I recently accompanied my father during his treatment at medical trust hospital,and I'm truly grateful for the excellent care provided. Dr.Najeeb and team were highly professional and reassuring throughout.They explained everything very clearly to us, which helped ease our concerns during such a stressful time. We received incredible support from the nurses in C ward and nursing team.A special Mention goes to bindu sister.she was incredibly friendly, reassuring,and made us feel at ease during this difficult time. The physiotherapy team played a vital role in my father's recovery.and the cleaning staff maintained a clean and hygienic environment. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their support and compassion.

Sorry to share this but had to bring this to your attention! Yesterday noon my dad had an appointment with the Cardiology department.. they kept me waiting for 7 hours. None of the staffs there had any clue of when the doctor would arrive as he had a surgery. Was I aware of the surgery? No. Did they mention that it was a major one? No. The least they could do was either ask me to take the appointment for another date or update the time properly. The people waiting there are also patients. I didn't have a choice but to stay there until the doctor showed up because I wanted medicines for my father who is a stroke patient..he was being impatient because sitting there straight for 7 hours would obviously piss off people. And once meeting with the doctor we were looking for the pharmacy because this building is new and I wasn't aware of where the pharmacy is, asked one of the staff and she stood there clueless!! I was led to the pharmacy by another patient who was waiting to meet the doctor and guess what ..this isn't the end! The pharmacist clearly had one job.. not to mess up while writing the intake of the meds time. Well guess what .. she did mess it up. I can understand if there was a huge queue mistakes could happen, but there was no one else than us and still she messed it up. Please make sure to hire professionals .. I am truly disappointed.

I came here for my daughter (Cantiya) health issues. Without been said they showed Great attention and good care with excellent attitude. Excellent atmosphere for recovery.
