I was admitted here for 2 days and I must say that throughout the stay all the staff including doctors, nurses and even the cleaning staff treated us with a warm smile. Very good care, great nursing staff, and staff, in general, are very helpful and cooperative. Canteen food is fairly decent but must be more timely. Rooms given to senior citizens must be more user friendly. Overall experience was good.

I got admitted here for a day. I would say that this is one of the finest hospital available in Ernakulam especially related to gyneac. Nice hospitality and good approach of the staff. The rooms appeared very spacious and clean. Regular checkups given by the medical team is highly appreciable. I hope that I could express the same happiness after three months when I will be admitted here for my delivery.

Overall service is good and the rates reasonable. Nursing service is excellent and highly commendable. Doctors are also jovial, approachable and helpful. However the canteen food supplied in room can be improved; but Kanji hot and good.
