Dr. Kinder Hospitals, Kochi

Everything is upto the standard apart from some of the confusing information they have stated under their website..Well , it seems they have a wifi network available for the patients and vistors (Guests )according to their website. But infact no staff is aware of such a facility.I had been told by one of the staffs that the facility is only available for the patients who have taken the rooms .I would rather make such an information publicly available under my website than making it seems like it is free for every patient who is being served by the hospital. Everything else is pretty good it seems..

A stress-free experience from admission to discharge can make a big difference, especially during a challenging time. Especially Dr. Rohit Pillai treatment was out standing. Plus other supporting department also done excellent service. Plus my special thanks to financial councellor too. She explained each every doubt clearly....

Really impressive. My mom did a full Health check up and from the start till end staff were there to guide us. Each step by step they guided us to different tests with proper time management. Everyone is really helpful and very kind. Also good environment. Good food. Overall I loved it. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at Kinder Hospital during my delivery. Dr. Madhuja Gopishyam was not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and approachable--talking to her felt like chatting with a friend. She always took time to listen and answer even the smallest questions. I'm deeply grateful to the entire team, especially Amrutha Vijayan, the maternity in-charge, for their constant support. Special thanks to Sreelakshmi and the amazing team for making my pregnancy journey so joyful and memorable. Kinder's unique approach to celebrating pregnancy through events like baby showers, fashion shows, music competitions, and prenatal classes truly sets them apart. I had a safe and pleasant delivery experience at Kinder Hospital. From the moment I was admitted, the Labour Nursing Team provided exceptional care, turning a stressful time into a comforting one with their tips, support, and kind words. Special thanks to nurses Kavitha, Joicy, and Merlin for their incredible support during labour--Joicy, especially, was with me throughout, even post-delivery. Despite multiple patients, each one received dedicated attention and care. Dr. Madhuja's positivity, constant encouragement, and the exercises she and the physiotherapist recommended helped me stay active and reduced my labour duration. I'll truly miss my OP visits with her. Grateful to Dr. Madhuja Gopishyam and the entire Kinder team for making my pregnancy journey so memorable.

We had a pleasant experience at Kinder Hospital, Kalamassery. Right from the entrance. The administrative team was efficient and explained all procedures clearly. The doctors, nurses and staff were kind, caring, and professional. The hospital was clean and well-organized. I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended!

I'm a new patient at Kinder Hospital, currently 33 weeks pregnant. I chose Kinder after my sister delivered her baby here and had a wonderful experience. So far, I've been very happy with the care and support provided--the staff and services have been great. However, I had an unfortunate experience today that I feel is important to share. It's not related to the staff or medical services, but rather the condition of the public washrooms. None of the washrooms I visited had tissue paper available, which is quite concerning--especially for expecting mothers. Additionally, the restrooms near the laboratory are mixed-gender, which makes it uncomfortable and inconvenient to use the facilities. I genuinely hope the hospital can address this issue by ensuring tissues are stocked and considering a more comfortable arrangement for female patients, especially during such a sensitive and vulnerable time. Thank you for your attention to this, and I appreciate all the care being provided otherwise.

I recently had the experience of my child at kinder hospital and I am beyond impressed with the care and service provided by the entire team. The nurses were professional yet compassionate, making me feel completely comfortable.A special thanks to Shivaji Sir for his care and services. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a calm and safe environment for both my boy and me. What truly stood out, however, was the sense of personalized care. I'm deeply disappointed with the service we received from Kinder Hospital Kochi. The tagline "Enjoy your pregnancy" feels more like a marketing slogan than a message of genuine care. Pregnancy is a complex and emotional journey, and for many women, it isn't always enjoyable. A more compassionate and realistic approach would reflect better sensitivity and understanding. Unfortunately, our personal experience with the hospital's service was far from satisfactory, which made the disconnect between their messaging and actual care even more glaring. I hope the hospital reconsiders both its approach to patient care and the way it communicates with expectant families
