Excellent emergency care, laboratory services, and 24-hour pharmacy support. The doctors were extremely patient and attentive to our concerns. The ambulance team, especially driver Vishnu and the attendant, were incredibly helpful and compassionate. They provided the best support we could have asked for during our father's time of need.

We recently admitted our child to the pediatric section at Indira Gandhi Hospital, Kadavanthra, due to a fever. We had an excellent experience throughout our stay. The doctors and nurses in the pediatric department were highly professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hospital staff ensured quality care round the clock. We felt completely supported and safe during a stressful time for our family. A big thanks to the entire team for their dedication and hard work. It was a truly positive experience for us, and we are deeply grateful. We highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality healthcare.

Worst experience here. The lack of parking and the apathy of the management in providing such facilities is hard to understand. Even when they provide ample reserved parking for the staff doctors, they completely ignore their customers. When taking older parents to the hospital, it becomes a dilemma whether to drop them at hospital and drive at least half a kilometre trying to find parking on the roadside or take them with and walk the rest of the way back. I requested the management several times over several years to provide some sort of valet parking service considering that most other hospitals in the city provide them. The management has to understand that patients and their family coming to the hospital have enough to worry about and parking shouldn't add to that.

I'm deeply thankful to the amazing staff in A Ward at Indira Gandhi Hospital for the care and kindness shown to my father during his stay . Everyone from the doctors to the nurses was kind , patient and compassionate throughout his stay. Your dedication made a huge difference in his comfort and recovery and our family is truly grateful.

Excellent Care and Professionalism The hospital was clean, well-organized, and efficient. A special thanks to Dr.Melwin (ENT Surgeon ), Dr. Mega and the entire medical team. They were not only highly knowledgeable but also compassionate, patient, and attentive to every detail. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident about my treatment.

Indira Gandhi Hospital has been renovated and it is now way better than what it used to be. The prices are affordable when comparing the other hospitals but the customer service is the major problem here. The staffs are rude, unhelpful and proper time management isn't there.

It has been only two days since I had being in this hospital but I wished to candidly state that it has been truly gratifying experience to have the services of the wonderful team of nursing staff in the hospital's CCU. They have being not just exemplary and ultra efficient but also most sensitive and empathetic to all patient including me . I do know the names of many of them , but four outstanding names that come to my mind one of reshma , reshmi , mariya and merlin benny.
