Going to this hospital just because the doctors are really good! The people management is pathetic. People have no empathy here!! Before coming to the hospital, I had called to enquire about telephone token booking for the physician and the lady who attended from the hospital side said that "There is no Telephonic Booking, it's less crowded so you can come right now" and I went there immediately to wait for 2hrs to see the physician!!! I told them that I had sprained my back, so I can't sit or stand and it's very painful. But no consideration was giving! And the best part! I was waiting for 2hrs because people who took telephonic token for the same physician were given the chance!! Seriously? Didn't I call you in the morning to book an appointment ???? And in return you people lied saying you guys don't take telephonic bookings! Very very disappointed with management team! When I keep asking the nurse about when my token will be called , she keeps avoiding and giving me the side eye! Seriously very unprofessional behaviour from the staffs!! Please do train them about basic empathy and etiquette !!

Today, I visited Devi Hospital with my son for a pediatric consultation. Only one pediatrician was available after 6 PM, and many children were waiting. There was no priority given to small babies, which was disappointing. After the consultation, I went to the hospital pharmacy to buy the prescribed medicines. The queue was very long, and I had to wait for at least 30 minutes with my child. Only two pharmacists were available -- one handling billing and the other distributing medicines. The process was very slow. When I requested if someone could assist to speed up the process, especially since many parents were waiting with small kids, the pharmacist responded with a rude look. This was quite upsetting. I request the hospital management to consider improving the pharmacy service, especially during peak hours. A little more support and consideration for parents with children would make a big difference.

Had a very good experience. Recently been there for a health issue I had, for which I've consulted other doctors without a positive result. From the reception, nurses, the supporting staff, to the doctor I consulted, I had a pleasant experience. Instead of treating patients as commodities for profit, they have managed to keep humanity and compassion alive. The overall attitude and ambience was pretty positive. Mr. Jithin from PR department was quite helpful and spot on, in navigating insurance and treatment related queries and guidances. Will recommend to friends and family.

Dear Dr. Jayachandran and Dr. Zuhail Bin Nazar, I am writing to express my sincere and profound gratitude for the exceptional care you both provided during my recent treatment. Dr. Jayachandran, your meticulous diagnostic skills were truly remarkable. Your thoroughness in identifying the underlying issue was crucial, and I am deeply thankful for your expertise in this critical stage. Dr. Zuhail, a heartfelt thank you to you. Your surgical expertise and the clarity with which you explained the procedure instilled immense confidence in me. The approach you took was not only effective but also deeply reassuring throughout the entire process. Together, you have made a significant and positive difference in my health and overall well-being. I am immensely thankful for your dedication, your compassionate approach, and the outstanding care I received under your guidance.

The worst place as a hospital. I had to take my father in law there after he had a fall on the road. We rushed him to the casualty and the doctor came after 10 minutes. Meanwhile the nurse in charge was urging us to do the registration and even when the doctor was examining him she kept asking whether we had done the registration. After examination the first thing the doctor said was to do a CT scan. I asked him why and what she said was for all the falls, we tell the patients to do so. He had bruises near his right eye, on knees etc and he didn't fall head first but on his hands. We rejected the CT and after that, no one came to our bed for 30 minutes. I had to furiously ask the nurse in charge to dress him up or atleast clean the wounds after 15 minutes of waiting and she replied was she is in some other job and someone else will come, and told me to wait in a very harsh tone as if we are getting a free service. After another 15 minutes some other junior nurse (or trainee with a different colour uniform) came and dressed him up. I wouldn't go there again. A hospital with no hospitality.

The Doctors, receptionist and nurse are very friendly and treated me with dignity and respect. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent care.
