Medical Trust Hospital Kayamkulam has very bad help. The staff is not friendly and does not listen and I felt very uncomfortable. I do not want to go back again. It was a terrible experience for me, night duty nurse was very eresposible, nurse treat the patient like a beggar she don't give medicine and medical help properly and the behaviour of the nurse is very cruel please take action against the nurse, otherwise we don't come again in this hospital please take action against she distroy the name of the hospital

Very bad experience at this hospital. The staff behavior was extremely poor and unprofessional. I expected better care and support, but was deeply disappointed. Would not recommend based on my experience. Especially laboratory staff

My delivery was 2 month ago..Only 2 nurses are attended my delivery.a duty doctor is came in end of the delivery .very bad experience from labour room.. Only nurses are available on there..They have no patience.i faced Very rude behavior from them.they don't know, how to take care about the patients.no proper toilets also they are not hygienic. not all nurses are rude behavior.one or two nurses was good behavior especially an aged nurse..please mind, if that is first delivery we have no idea about that. so don't blame and be kind.All over bad. but lab assistants are very friendly nature also gynaecologist is good.

I recently delivered at this hospital under the exceptional care of Dr. Parvathi, whose expertise and calm demeanor impressively addressed all our concerns. While my experience with the hospital was overwhelmingly positive, there's room for improvement in facilities and parking.

We had a very bad experience today. Only duty doctor was present today. My sister had stomach digestion problem and acidic reflex. Doctor told us to take ECG and when the result came, he took a photo and asked his friend for opinion. Nurses are much better than these duty doctors.

The best small hospital in the area has limited facilities and fewer doctors. Receiving insurance card because the maternity case is getting more and more

We are glad that we met Dr. Parvathy Ma'am . She truly deserves all appreciation and accolades. She is very experienced , calm and friendly in nature. She handled my delivery, just superb.. she and the labour room staffs give me full support all the time. During the entire tenure of pregnancy she motivated me to stay active and eat healthy.
