Dr. Ebenezer Hospital

Please don't go this hospital I had a very disappointing experience at Ebenezer Hospital, Kayamkulam. I went there due to food poisoning, but they misdiagnosed and started treating me for fever instead. The casualty area is extremely congested, and there's no proper system in place. The lab technician took a long time, causing further delays in getting treated. To make things worse, the pharmacy doesn't accept UPI or card payments, which is very inconvenient in this digital age. I wouldn't recommend this hospital based on my experience. Hope they improve their services and infrastructure.

This hospital's best part is the doctors, nurses and other staff. Indeed this hospital need alot of upgradation in terms of infrastructure and facilities but for any cases related to gynecology, their department is one of the best hospital in and around Kayamkulam. The kind of experience the doctors have is incomparable with anything else. I would recommend this hospital only for doctors and other staff and nothing else. You can truly trust the doctors because they are not trying to make money out of you and give genuine advices only.

Such a waste service from hospital staffs i have never seen before. No use of taking advance booking, again we need to wait hours also in case emergency. Today also i got the same issue in pediatric depts. Really disappointing behavior. Treating doctor is fully satisfied. I am deeply saddened and disturbed to hear about the tragic death of a 9-year-old child due to mismanagement and alleged negligence at this hospital. It is completely unacceptable that such a precious life was lost, reportedly due to a wrong injection or medical error. Hospitals are supposed to be places of healing and safety, but this heartbreaking incident has shattered that trust. I urge the administration to take full responsibility, ensure justice for the child and family, and implement serious changes to prevent such a tragedy from ever happening again.

The pharmacists at Ebenizer Hospital are excellent! They are highly efficient and provide quick responses who are always attentive and ready to assist. Their dedication to patient care is truly commendable.

I won't recommend this hospital for admission but as a first referral option especially in case of emergency the people we come across there are great.... Especially the staff on duty for the patient shifting... The driver and the nurse accompanied us while shifting my uncle to a multi speciality behaved with utmost care empathy and responsibility.. we felt them as some one from our family... Salute to the management for assigning such selected staff for emergency service

No car parking space for patients, Whole area is reserved for management, doctors and hospital staffs. There is so much of delay in OP registration counter. Sufficient staff should assign especially in morning.

My 75 year old mother had to wait more than two hours even though booked at 8pm. No respect to patients time.
