Dr. Neyyar Medicity

I had a very impressive experience when my wife got admitted for delivery. The hospital is blessed with experienced doctors who provides the best treatment and care for the patients. The customer service by each staffs which includes reception staffs, nurses in the op, Operation theatre, labour room,NICU,post op ward, nurse station, cleaning staffs,security and canteen staffs,billing, pharmacy , PRO,insurance staffs is extraordinary . Hospital is very particular about maintaining cleanliness. Overall its a good experience, hopefully i am expecting a faster and non interrupted lift operation in future.

Well-maintained hospital with a strong focus on cleanliness and hospitality. The doctors and staff are experienced and provide excellent care. The billing and insurance sections are efficient, and the staff are friendly and courteous. The hospital also offers ample parking space. The canteen is well-maintained, and the food quality is great, though prices are a bit high. The canteen operates on a self-service system.

This hospital is completely money-minded. We took my grandmother there because she had a mild fever. Instead of proper diagnosis, they ran all kinds of unnecessary tests and immediately suggested admitting her to the ICU for five days. There were no serious symptoms to justify that. Thankfully, we decided to take her to another hospital for a second opinion. They checked her thoroughly and confirmed that she was perfectly fine -- we returned home the same day without any treatment needed. It's clear this hospital tries to exploit patients just to make money. Be very cautious before trusting them. Second, I had a broken bone and consulted an ortho doctor here. They kept calling me every week, delayed removing the cast unnecessarily, and never suggested the next steps. Later, we went to a different hospital, where they removed the cast on the same day and referred me to a physiotherapist -- exactly what was needed. Both times, this hospital seemed more interested in dragging the treatment out to charge more money, rather than focusing on actual care. I strongly advise people to get a second opinion before trusting this place.

We have to wait here for 1 hour to meet the doctor and all the processes which includes the blood test ,medicine collection needs lot of time .if we are planning to visit a doctor then prepare for 4-5 hours for all processes. I am extremely dissatisfied with the process

My daughter is admitted here. Got excellent support and care from the team of Doctors and Nurses . Very Clean and hygienic environment. Good hospitality. Staffs are very friendly .

I'm so grateful for the exceptional care I received at Neyyar Medicity ! The doctors, nurses, and staff were all so kind, compassionate, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Hospital was nice but the receptionists omg what a behaviour no one knows how to behave patients or bystanders . No smile no reply and also PROs are same attitude but doctors are very polite and helpful so I have a suggestion please correct the all floor receptionist behaviour and attitudes change in the proper manner . One smile give so much relief in every patient in entering the hospital please correct the attitude first

I would like to raise a concern regarding the security in the vehicle parking area. The staff's behaviour was highly unprofessional and not in line with expected standards of customer service. The staff repaleatedly ask us to move our vehicle to different area after we have already parked,which is frustating and disorganized.Proper guidance should be given before parking ,not after. Also they did not offer any assistance while taking out the vehicle.This was very disappointing.
