I recently visited KIMS Hospital, Kasaragod with my friend for an emergency treatment. The staff responded quickly and handled the situation with great care and professionalism. We received excellent treatment and support throughout our visit. The doctors were attentive and the overall service was very efficient. Truly a reliable hospital for emergency care in Kasaragod. Highly recommended

The doctors are excellent and professional, but the hospital seriously lacks basic facilities. Cleanliness is poor, there are no proper washrooms, and the overall sanitation is disappointing. The reimbursement process is extremely complicated and frustrating. Needs major improvement in hygiene and patient support services.

Very poor service. We had to wait the entire day for discharge. The doctor informed us at 10:00 AM that we could be discharged, but we ended up waiting until 10:00 PM. The charges are also very high. For better treatment and service, I strongly advise not to visit this hospital. Better visit wintouch hospital good hospitality and services

Unjustified Overcharging at KIMS Hospital, Kasaragod We recently had an extremely disappointing experience at KIMS Hospital, Kasaragod, where we were charged 76,000 for a routine adenoid removal surgery--well above the usual rate of 40,000 to 50,000 at other reputed hospitals. What's even more concerning is that the doctor himself admitted the charges were excessive but said he was helpless to do anything about it. This kind of overcharging is unethical and unacceptable. Healthcare should be built on trust and transparency, not on exploiting patients for profit. We're sharing this so others can make an informed decision. Always ask for a detailed estimate in writing, and compare hospitals before committing.

Pharmacy needs lots of improvement. Employees are not so attentive in providing medicines quickly. Each person has to wait min 10 minutes to collect simple items.

Unfortunately My phone was battery low.. so I couldn't capture any pictures. The hospital is leaking everywhere, if there is raining, then you should carry an umbrella inside the hospital for not getting wet. The toilets available in the ground floor is so nasty with a bad smell and the floors are like a small pond.
