I had a complete body check-up today at KIMS Valyath Hospital, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Ms. Sruthi from the admin team was incredibly friendly and guided us smoothly through the entire process. Ms. Shahana then assisted us with all the tests and consultations, providing great support and care. The doctors explained everything in detail during the consultations, and their advice was clear, professional, and easy to understand. All the doctors and staff were warm, attentive, and professional. The health check-up package was truly worth it and well-organized. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality healthcare with genuine care and professionalism!

I recently visited for a routine checkup and had a very positive experience. The staff was polite and professional from the moment I walked in. The registration process was smooth, and I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. The doctor was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. The diagnostic tests were done efficiently, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire visit.

Today, we encountered exceptionally poor and pathetic service. We arrived at the hospital in an emergency condition, but the staff in the emergency department refused to attend to the patient without a file being opened. Regrettably, the reception area was unstaffed. When we brought this to the attention of the emergency department, we were told they could not proceed without the file. We had come to your hospital seeking urgent help, and this lack of immediate response was deeply concerning. Is this the appropriate protocol for an emergency? We found your staff to be unresponsive to the patient's critical situation."

I brought my father to the Emergency Department of KIMS Valiyath Hospital due to a high fever. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The nursing staff who attended to him appeared inexperienced. They took a very long time to fix the cannula and draw blood, causing him unnecessary pain and discomfort. It felt more like a training session for them rather than a professional medical procedure. This is unacceptable, especially in an emergency setting where patients are already distressed. I sincerely hope the hospital invests more in proper training and supervision of its nursing staff to avoid such situations in the future.

I underwent flap surgery for a pilonidal sinus, led by Dr. Sneha, an excellent general surgeon whose skill and calm approach ensured a smooth recovery. The nurses were attentive, the cleaning staff kept everything spotless, and the hospital authority regularly checked in to see if there were any issues or changes needed. I'm grateful to the whole team for their care and professionalism.

Recently I went here to treat my father due to a sudden medical emergency. Really sad to say but, this hospital feels like more of a money making institute rather than an actual hospital. A good non AC room costs approx 3000, to specify, with a very dirty bathroom. He was put in that room for a whole day while the doctor showed up to consult just once. The only good thing was a nurse who actually took care of our opinions. They charged for a blood test which they haven't taken and upon asking they said it was because we asked for an early discharge. We forced them to take that test by the way. They didn't even have the thought of checking the blood pressure in a serious situation because apparently, they could only take it every 4 hours. Plus it cost 11000 for a single day, for just IV and antibiotics, while they neither diagnosed the issue nor took proper care. The duty doctor approached only when we asked for a discharge. We didn't get the discharge summary as well because, the printer doesn't work late at night it seems. We asked for a discharge at 4 pm and was able to go back home at 12 am. We shifted him to another hospital where the issue was diagnosed and fixed as well. We saw many patients and their guardians arguing for a discharge when we went downstairs. It was a really bad experience, no matter how serious the situation is, please never, I say never go to this hospital.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hospital. I visited for a simple back pain issue and was shocked by the excessive charges levied. The consultation and treatment were basic, yet the bill was unreasonably high. It feels like the focus is more on extracting money than providing genuine care. I expected professionalism and fair pricing, but unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfactory.

My father in law went to this hospital for some stomach issue.... He went there by himself without any help ... He admitted there in icu... Then they said he had pneumonia.. Then they said we have to keep him in ventilator.. He was admitted there for almost 2 weeks..we have to carry him to the bathroom he can't even stand. The bill amount was huge...literally they are doing pure business.. Only aim is to make profit... No social responsibility..... If they r doing business they should have some responsibility towards the society...
