Dr. S.M. Hospital

Unbelievable Receptionist!!! I have had never given a bad review to any particular individual! But this has gotten into my nerves! My mom wanted an appointment so I called up this hospital to enquire about the token system. The first time when I had called, this lady at the reception tells me to call the next day at around 9:30 am and for no reason she was kinda rude. The next day I call again and then for a good 20 25 mins the phone was engaged/unreachable. And finally some one picks and tells to call after 10 mins. I called up again and she's said I can't give you an appointment as we are busy at OP and said to call post 5pm, which was weird because "why wouldn't you just give an appointment or atleast tell me how the token system works"? Anyways I agreed and called her up in the evening - and then she said to call again the next day at 9:30am as the appointment closes around 4pm , and upon asking her that I already called her up 3..4 times she did not allow to complete, raised her voice (which is absolutely not acceptable) and said if you want call tomorrow at 9:30!!!!!! And guess what .... She cuts the call on my face !! I mean my mom and I was dumbstruck!!! Someone please raise this issue! I know the doctors over there are pretty good ones!

I came to see ENT specialist Dr.Prabhu, The doctor is nice but the wait times are insane.Hospital some days have a token system and some other days don't.You better call reception, book atleast a day in advance and also ask about the token number before coming.If they don't provide a token number, then better don't come. Parking inside can become difficult and hence suggest to come by other means. I am not sure if I will come back again.

Best doctors available and good treatment. Hospital could've been more recommendable if they had good service. Pre-booking is just a waste of your time . Me and my mom had to rush from payyanur to reach here on time as they said we had to reach at 12:30 . We reached on time and guess what. Our token was 55 and the token that just entered the room was 13. This is completely irresponsible of the staff as she could've asked us to come a little later. Very crowded and not even any seats to rest for older people. When we complained to the lady at the counter she just nodded and didn't have anything much to say. Seems like this has been happening way too often.

If i am reviewing about Dr.Sonia, its 5 Star, can say best in this business. Always crowded, evertime visited here. But if the supporting staff can support her it will be huge for SM Hospital. Today i am not feeling and my friend come here and took the token for me i got the token no: 53, it was 12.15 and that time token was called is only 22, and the counter staff informed my friend that Dr.Sonia will consult only till 1.00 pm. So my friend call me and i hurry to clinic by 12.45. Once i reach here token was only 27, so i checked with counter staff, the same what she informed my friend, at that tine she is saying " she will check all the token patient before she will leave" "is these staff need crowd here in this panic situation ?" "why she couldn't provide accurate information, so that patient will little relief by coming on time without losing 2-3 hours " Really unprofessional

The Worst and probably the most inexperienced Doctor ... I went with my 4months old daughter and the Dr Sushma gave her heavy Antibiotics even before looking or taking culture reports ... Later we had to admit her . All other doctors blamed telling that it is common sense to Diagnosis the Bacteria Infection then give accurate medicine against it .. Pls dont visit that Hospital ... the Lady is too old and Arrogant... hope she chooses an other career ... Rather than killing humans instead of the disease..

No Google pay facility . Not yet updated it's in centre of town.. No hitech facility.. All old staff heavy waiting que... No answer able staff nurses.. Doctor s all good ..
