Dr. Ernakulam General Hospital

The attached photo herewith is taken around 9:30 PM and you can see the long queue to consult the doctor. The queue is beyond this and almost touching the front gates. It took 1 hour 10 minutes for me to finally get to the doctor. There is only 1 doctor available for consultation and for me it is just to acknowledge that I am taking Day 7 vaccine for rabies which took only 1 minute. There are patients who are weak to stand for 1 hour and consult a doctor. If hospital management is unable to provide service of one or more doctors, they should at least arrange a token system with seating facilities for patients to wait and see the doctor. Now it's 10 and waiting for 30 mins in the rabies queue. I have reached this premise at 8:00 and wishing to leave by today

I visited the government hospital to take my second dose of injection for a cat scratch. Unfortunately, I had to wait for over 3 hours, and no one called me or provided proper information. When I asked the staff, they just kept saying "please wait" without any clarity. This kind of delay in treatment, especially for something important like a vaccination, is very disappointing. I hope the hospital management takes steps to improve patient care and response time

Waiting for more than 2 hours just to consult a doctor is extremely disappointing. There's no proper system, no updates, and no one to guide the patients. It's really frustrating to see people, including elderly and sick patients, suffer like this. This kind of delay in a government hospital is unacceptable. Urgent improvement is needed!.

Went on a weekday afternoon, hence was not crowded. The area looked really developed, neat and the services are free/ at reduced prices. However only general physicians were there during that time ,and they couldn't identify the exact reason for the symptoms.

The security staff in front of orthopaedics and One of the junior doctors inside the room were arrogant. They don't know the fact that they are responsible to serve the patients. However the hospital provides enough facilities for patients and the help desk staff provided great support.
