Dr. Kalamassery Medical Centre

I went here with my friend last day. She was not well and was vomiting so much. We see a doctor in morning and doctor gave medicine. She had medicine and by evening again she started vomiting. we went again to hospital and a new doctor again gave some medicines. Also some injection and drip were given. after that also again she started vomiting and she was very weak. we asked for the doctor again and the staff told doctor went after duty. We were helpless as they gave all medicines and we had it. Before even completing the medicine, doctor went away. We then went to a different hospital and she was admitted there. We got better treatment there. The doctors in this clinic are simply sitting for blood tests and all. Waste of money too... Its like Doctors come and go here without any commitment. This was such a bad experience for me and my friend. Really a worst experience.

What really made a difference was the staff - everyone from reception to the nurses and doctors were incredibly courteous, professional, and helpful. I was initially anxious about my visit, but this hospital immediately put me at ease. I felt like I could trust them completely with my care. It's clear they prioritize patient comfort and well-being.

The atmosphere in the hospital is pleasant. Physicians are incredibly amiable. but dissatisfied with the service. My daughter had a breathing problem, so I went to the doctor and returned to the hospital after 30 minutes because nothing had changed. I went straight to the counter and told the man that I needed a nebulization, and he said, "Go and ask the nursing station." They told me to wait, saying there were some patients waiting, but they didn't understand the emergency. After shouting, I forked the door to the doctor's room and told them to come in for a consultation. Very poor. The management must take the matter seriously.

Came here for a consultation and physiotherapy for recovery post shoulder dislocation. Amazing folks. Very perceptive. Had 5 sessions and was already starting to feel better after the 2nd one. Highly recommend.

I had severe knee pain and Dr. Jikku (ortho) suggested for physiotherapy. I had a wonderful session and I'm really happy with their Physiotherapy treatment. Highly recommended this place.
