The nurses were angels in disguise, providing comfort and support during a difficult time. The facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained, which put my mind at ease. But what truly sets B and B Hospital apart is the genuine care and concern shown by every member. I am so grateful for the incredible care I received, and I would highly recommend B and B Hospital to anyone seeking medical attention.

The care I received from the Orthopaedic Department was excellent from start to finish. A big thank you to Dr. Biju Nair, who performed the surgery. B&B Memorial Hospital: Fraud, Theft & Report Manipulation "B&B Memorial Hospital is a disgrace to the medical profession. Their radiology department and management are involved in fraud, tampering with reports, and outright lying to patients. If you care about your health, STAY AWAY from this hospital!" My Horrifying Experience: Feb 24, 2025: Admitted with severe pain. Feb 25, 2025 (Morning): Dr. Vishnu personally attended my CT scan, confirmed my kidney stone, and recommended a 65,000 procedure. Feb 25, 2025 (Afternoon): Suddenly, a new CT report claimed my kidney stone had vanished. When I questioned them, they LIED and said a second opinion was unnecessary. Feb 28, 2025: Still in pain, I returned, and they magically "rediscovered" the same 5.8mm kidney stone they had claimed was gone! THEY STOLE MY REPORT TO HIDE THEIR FRAUD! They secretly took my original CT report from my bag without informing me. When I asked, they LIED repeatedly, trying to cover it up. Later, they admitted their management had ordered them to hide my report and NOT return it! B&B Memorial is Guilty of: Tampering with medical reports to cover up their mistakes. Stealing patient records and lying to cover it up. Hospital management is directly involved in this fraud. Discouraging second opinions to avoid getting caught. FINAL WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS HOSPITAL. THEY WILL LIE, MANIPULATE REPORTS, AND STEAL YOUR DOCUMENTS TO HIDE THEIR NEGLIGENCE. The Only Good Things: The emergency department was kind, caring, and took good care of me during my admission. Dr. Vishnu was honest and professional. But a good emergency team cannot make up for a hospital that steals and falsifies medical records. I am filing a formal complaint with the Kerala Medical Council, Consumer Protection Cell, and legal authorities. Attaching proof of my reports to expose their malpractice. B&B Memorial Hospital is DANGEROUS--AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

I didn't have anyone to accompany or take care of me, and I was honestly scared. But from the moment I was admitted, every single staff member treated me like family. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, cared for, and never felt alone. It's hard to put into words how much their compassion meant to me. I'll always remember their warmth, patience, and constant encouragement throughout my recovery. A big heartfelt thank you to Dr. Biju and the entire team--you've given me not just healing, but hope and strength. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Sunil from the Physician Department at B & B Memorial Hospital. The doctor showed absolutely no care or responsibility toward the patients. He was not attentive, didn't listen properly, and seemed completely disinterested in the concerns raised. Such negligence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable, especially in a hospital setting where patients come in hope of proper treatment and guidance. I expected a responsible and caring approach, but sadly, that was not the case. I do not recommend Dr. Sunil to anyone seeking genuine medical care. I hope the hospital management seriously evaluates the conduct of such doctors for the well-being of future patients.

Great hospital with good caring staff and excellent service. The facilities were clean, well organized and I never had to wait long for any of my appointments. Special thanks to the nursing staff, they were always kind and responsive to my needs. Also the PRO team, mainly named Sandra , she directed me well through out the process .
