The administrative management appears to be lacking, with staff treating patients with a lack of respect, almost as though they view them as subordinate. In contrast, the medical professionals demonstrate a high standard of care, which is the primary reason patients choose to seek treatment at this facility.

Wroat experience. They r so rude nd don't have ethics how to talk with patients.

The worst hospital not hygienic At all the staff are not even educated enough to repect the patient nor talk in a proper way hoping they will close down if continued this way

Got admitted in the hospital due to heavy fever, chest congestion and severe pneumonia.. Dr. Faizy is really good on diagnosis and curing any kind of illnesses asap.. Thanks Dr to the timely care. All the nursing staffs were amazing with proper Care and service.. Thank you for helping me gain better health within 3 days. But the hospital cost is on its high end and i dont think an average family can afford it. Apart from that, everything is fine.

Very unhygienic. The bed in pediatrician Abdul samad's OP was disgusting. The whole hospital gives a bad vibe. The feeding room was really pathetic, it was really small and had lizards everywhere.

The doctor and nurse present in the casuality was well behaved. But the approach from the staff in the observation ward was awful. They don't even know how to behave. Also the ward all together smelled like a market. Totally an awful experience in the hospital.

Both my wife's deliveries were here. The experience and the atmosphere was good. Especially the Doctor and staffs behaviour is appreciable.

To The hospital management AM hospital Karunagappally In my personal experience..Very pathetic service provided..bad staff behaviour including administration level...especially pharmacy and nursing staff...They don't have any sympathy, just like a cruel and burcut mindset..Not keeping sugustion or complaint box... Maintaining a complaint register at registration counter that we can handed over once we humbly requesting /bugging basis.. there is no privacy on patient complaint.. Every nurse and staff can read/view..In my understanding nursing superintendent or hospital manager can only have provision to view complaint or suggestions letter from patient. Pharmacy staff taking too much time for medicine dispatch..Most time they are on Unwanted loose talk and harrassing patient bystander if they request for some help.. Most sad thing is they don't give patient medical records even if we request for a copy of it , and they keep entire medical records there self.... Most interested part is patient making all payment for all medical check-ups and hospital persons will not give the test result to patient hand...Stating only Dr can view and keep this test result on hospital register itself only.. Expecting some improvement and corrective action .Suggesting computer based records keeping other than 20 year back ordinary papper work methods.. Thanking you Pavi Sankar
