This hospital was one that was genuinely a oxymoron of a situation. On one side you have very well specilialized doctors and they do their job very well but on the other hand you have a slow and flawed system that still goes by using book as record instead of using automated systems like many other multi specialty hospitals in the state. The post op rooms the common ones( which you have to pay a minimum of 2500 give or take) are absolutely filthy sometimes and the patient beds are rusty and the shelf over there dont even close properly and the sanitation in the bathrooms are just straight up disappointing to say the least.Their wheelchair services for patients are also very slow and are delayed sometime by half an hour or more . They seem to think a common man who takes a room in their hospital should not get proper sanitation. If your looking for a consultation I'd say this hospital is very optimised with a brilliant team of doctors but if you are looking for a hassle free post op situation with a quick l, minimum paper work, discharge procedures then this hospital would be the last on my list.

I recently visited this hospital and overall had a good experience. The hospital is clean and well-maintained. The staff is polite, helpful, and professional. The facilities and services provided are of good quality. However, the charges are quite high. I feel the treatment is too expensive, which may not be affordable for everyone. If they could make the cost a bit more reasonable, it would be much better.

Good hospital.Expectional care from the doctors and nursing staffs. During the time of treatement, we feel clean and hygienic rooms and facilities. We are thankfull for very good care and compassionate approach from Dr. Manu.

The doctors and nurses of the hospitals are friendly but the staffs are not and the cleaning staffs just mannerlessly clean the room which cause disturbance to patients. And even though they provide a good room there is some problem in maindoor lock so KVM please improve. Canteen food is in its very worst condition and the staff serving it in room is rude and interupts in privacy of the patients so I would give these report. You can improve KVM
