Dr. St Sebastian's Visitation Hospital Arthunkal

It's one of the oldest hospitals in the area. Very good service within a calm and quiet environment! Charges are reasonable compared to other hospitals! Their casualty is recently renovated with international standard facilities! It started in 1966 from a single room and now the hospital has more than 100-bed capacities with all main departments for the common people's requirements! The hospital runs under St Andrews Basilica, Arthunkal and is situated close to the well-known Church! Hospital has it's own nursing school and which is started in 1996, initially with ANM and now they switched to GNM.

This is not a big one but for emergency it's ok for the hostel area people otherwise they need to go to cherthala taluk hospital it's little far from here . Frankly saying in here they are just doing some medical bussiness instead of medical services. The cost of the service is too high most of twice the price compare to outside ie the x-ray , lab etc . The doctors are good but they are proscribing unwanted medicines to be a part of bussiness. Staffs are not up to the mark all we need to pay first and wait a long . Frankly saying the natives are not advising to test here

Very good administration and patient care. Gynaec, general medicine, general surgeon, ortho, ophthal, ENT, cardiac, urology services are provide good service in this hospital.

Go with a wallet full of money.. Need to pay for 2 gloves minimum. Even if they are not used. We need to pay first and wait a long to get medicines. The cost of the service is too high most of twice the price compare to other hospital..

Dr. Sr. Greta Michael - highly recommended gynaecologist. We will feel like mother. And this hospital have well behaving securities

Worst hospital similar to govt hospital so lag in everything higher service charges if you have lots of money you can waste it in this hospital

The hospital is managed by Visitation Sisters. Affordable to the local people. Gynaecology department here is known for ages. Maintainance and upgradation is still going on. A Nursing School is attached and a lot young people have come professional nurses
