Dr. Rajah Hospital

Please don't go to this hospital! A year ago, my father was admitted due to an emergency. They immediately transferred him to the ICU without even asking us. He was completely normal, but they put him in ICU anyway. The care in ICU was inadequate that night, and the cannulation went wrong, causing significant blood loss. We shifted him to another hospital immediately after this incident. This hospital is the worst! The bill was also exorbitant. Please avoid it if you value your health.

The pharmacy area is not well controlled have to wait for so long to get billed and afterwards have to wait more to get medicines. The pharmacy doesn't have required number of staff's to handle such a crowd, poor management. Worst experience ever Mainly pharmacy area June 8 nearly 10.30am, the staff handling the pharmacy billing area is simply sitting and attending her personal call. She didn't mind the patients waiting for medicine. Such a cruel mentality, may be the medicines were for any serious patients. Her such cruel behaviour may leads to any death So make sure to appoint good staffs

Worst hospital in thrissur. Government hospitals are far better in service and cleanliness.Expensive treatment and service charges .Untrained, Rude staffs.Zero star for cleanliness. Patients need to bring diaper disposal kit even if you are admitted .Even though they charge 100 rs per day for biomedical waste disposal.

I had a very bad experience at Rajah Hospital. I went to return some unused medicine for a refund and was told to go to the first counter. The lady at the first counter was busy counting money and completely ignored me. I waited for over 20 minutes without any acknowledgment or help. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. The management really needs to train their staff on basic customer care and courtesy. Very disappointing experience.

The hospital is well-known in this region. I came here frequently for a variety of reasons. It is the well planned method for medical performance. Good casualty emergency team available round-the-clock. Medical laboratory and pharmacy facility open round-the-clock. The doctors are very skilled, and a robust management structure is in place. I appreciate the hard work being put in by the management and personnel throughout. There are instances when I experience negative responses from the personnel; they are mostly always trainees who are incompetent. You must keep in mind that if you behave properly, everyone will respect you. Otherwise, the credibility of the hospital as a whole will suffer.

Worst Experience Ever - Stay Away from Rajah Hospital Rajah Hospital is hands down one of the worst medical facilities I have ever come across. The prices are outrageously high, and the quality of treatment is shockingly poor. Doctors keep changing their words and give no clear or consistent updates. It felt like they were more interested in draining our wallets than providing any real care. There is zero transparency when it comes to billing. Fees are never disclosed upfront and keep piling up without explanation. You're left helpless in a vulnerable situation while they take full advantage of your trust and medical emergency. This place doesn't care about patients -- they only care about profit. Avoid Rajah Hospital at all costs unless you want to be exploited both emotionally and financially.

Emergency department is good and they take great care and support. The white apron weared staff is kind and have a good personality in behaviour.But i felt very poor service in pharmacy staffs,need to get more improved.

Rajah can serve much better than this.
