Dr. Sree Gokulam Medical Centre - Attingal

I had a great experience at Gokulam Hospital, Attingal branch. This is my third visit, and I must say, the care and attention I've received each time have been exceptional. I'd like to especially mention Dr. Prabhu and Kiran (Pharmacist) both of them truly understand how to take care of patients. Over this short time, I've built a good friendship with them, not just because of their professionalism, but because of their kindness, communication, and dedication. Thank you for making each visit comfortable and reassuring!

I had a mixed experience at Sree Gokulam Hospital, Attingal. While the cardiologist was excellent and provided thorough care, the hospital staff and management were extremely disappointing. I had called ahead to confirm the cardiologist's availability and was told to book an appointment. I scheduled one for 03/12/2024 for my mother and was instructed to come between 1 PM and 1:30 PM as our token number was 16. We arrived at 1:30 PM, paid upfront, and were then left waiting without any updates or proper communication. Despite being given a specific time slot, we had to wait until 3:30 PM to see the doctor. Due to this long and unexpected delay caused by the staff's inefficiency, I was unable to consult another doctor that day, which caused significant inconvenience. While the cardiologist was professional and thorough, the lack of organization, communication, and respect for patients' time from the staff was unacceptable. I hope the hospital addresses these issues and improves its administration to avoid such negative experiences for patients in the future.

Such a rude behavior of securities .. such a pathetic service from gokulam hospital..can't expect more from them. If you're searching for a good hospital please don't go there...

Very bad staff attitude Today I came for a drug allergy test for my father .I was the bystander.I was waiting outside the MICU There was no fan outside.so I shifted my place to one side .there 2 table fan was working .I just sit there.but soon after one staff came and switch off all fan and took all chairs back .And told me to go out .there was gastro op That was over.soo u can't sit there In a hospital there is no fan at this hot period for bystander .and such arrogent attitude of staff nurse to a customer is disgusting

I recently visited sree gokulam medical centre attingal hospital twice for treatment, and my experience has been disappointing. On my first visit, there was no general medicine doctor available, so I was referred to a pulmonologist. Although the pulmonologist provided excellent care, it was frustrating that no general physician was on hand. During my second visit for a follow-up, I was informed that no doctors were available(as per the information received from the receptionist genaral medicine is not available 7/11/2024 to 11/11/2024), and I would have to go to the casualty department for further treatment. The hospital's service feels disorganized, and it seems as though they prioritize patient care more like a transactional service rather than a reliable healthcare facility. Patients deserve better coordination and consistent doctor availability. I hope the hospital administration takes these issues seriously and works on improving their service quality and patient management. This highlights your experience and provides constructive feedback for improvement.

Worst experience with the staffs, ignorant and dump staffs. If you care for your health better go somewhere else.
