I would like to share my delivery experience and LDRP suit experience as I recently delivered my beautiful baby princess at Appollo adlux hospital and I opted for ldrp suit . Pregnancy journeys are unique and diverse ,filled with a range of experiences from joy and excitement to challenges and unexpected twists.During our journey,from the very first moment,we decided to choose Appollo adlux hospital.That was the best decision we have ever made.Appollo adlux OBG department provides positive and empowering birth experience for women.This is our personal experience and Dr.Elizabeth Jacob -no words to express my sincere thanks,her supportive nature and care,guidance,everything helped us a lot throughout our journey to become a mom and dad for our precious baby. We opted for LDRP suite for my delivery. The comfortable and spacious birthing suite provides a comfy atmosphere. LDRP team -Doctors,nurses,staffs..the whole team was very supportive and friendly.Their compassionate and friendly behaviour helped me a lot to through my whole birthing process.Me and my husband experienced the most memorable moment of our life positively and without any stress or fear.Thank you so much to the whole LDRP team labour room staff nurses Tiji ,Neethu ,Lini and Dr Elizabeth Jacob for this experience and service.I truly recommend Appollo Adlux hospital for anyone seeking maternity care.Once again thank you so much for making this journey so memorable

The overall nursing care could be improved. While a few staff members were polite, others seemed timid and inattentive. My room partner was mistakenly given my medicines, showing a clear need for better caution. The Dozee bed was introduced only on the second day and wasn't connected even after a briefing. No glass was provided in the room for three days despite needing to take multiple pills, and the bathroom lacked basic items like a towel and soap. There were also two lizards in the room, with droppings around. The food was served in rusted tiffin boxes, so I had to avoid those meals for safety. Doctors visited for only a few seconds, so it would help if staff could explain reports in detail. Additionally, the urine sample was not collected even after two days.

I recently had the privilege of experiencing the outstanding care at Apollo Adlux Hospital during my wife's pregnancy journey, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional service we received. A special note of appreciation to Dr. Anjana Ma'am for her exceptional expertise and compassionate care. From the very beginning, she provided the best medical guidance, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience. Her patience and comforting nature made a significant difference in our journey. The nursing staff in the labor room, especially Dr. Anjali, and nurses Anakha, Sneha, Angel, and Tiji, along with the wonderful team on the 6th floor, were incredibly supportive and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. A huge thank you to Aparna Ma'am and her team for organizing a beautiful cake-cutting ceremony and for the thoughtful gifts. Though we may not remember every doctor's and nurse's name, we extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of them for their care and kindness. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Mr. Renjith from the security team for his warmth and welcoming nature. His friendly approach made us feel at ease from our very first visit. The hospital's services, room facilities, cleanliness, and timely food delivery were exceptional. The housekeeping team maintained the highest standards of hygiene, ensuring a comfortable stay. Every process was carried out efficiently, reflecting the hospital's professionalism and commitment to patient care. Thank you, Apollo Adlux Hospital, for making this journey so memorable. Smooth and Professional Experience I visited Apollo Adlux Hospital, Karukutty for a company-sponsored periodical medical check-up, and the experience was excellent. The staff were polite, well-coordinated, and guided me efficiently through each stage--from registration to tests and final consultation. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with minimal waiting time. Reports were delivered promptly, and the entire process was completed within a few hours. Great service overall. Highly recommended for routine health check-ups.

My daughter was suffering from influenza and was admitted for 5 days. And to say, they did a good service in making her get recover from her flu. The responsibility for every help was quick and fast and there was no wait for anything. The food they provided both for patient and bystander was homely. And also to point out, is the cleanliness. The room service staffs were always ready to help keep the rooms and surrounding clean. Thanks to all the Adlux Apollo staffs for a wonderful service.

I'm from the UK, visiting Kerala on holiday. I was brought into the Apollo Adlux Kochi Hospital by an ambulance, after suffering from an anaphylactic attack (caused by allergy) at my hotel. I was admitted to the ward on the 8th Floor. The care I have received has been first class - the doctors and nurses have been so caring and helpful, the food was delicious, and the international team and pharmacologist helped me with the importation of the medicine, epipens for allergy, I needed from the UK. I would like to give special mention to: Dr Gopakumar, Malavika, Sumi, Vincy, Avita, Josmi, Renita, Anmory, Aleena, Sandra, Angel, Sneha,, Sreekutty, Harsha, Nabeel, Bincia, Bisna, and Dr Mohammed Ashiq.
