    Shreya Bojamma

I am writing to share my recent experience at your facility. While my intention is not to defame anyone, I believe it is important to highlight some concerns I had during my visit. Firstly, I felt that the orthopaedic consultation was rushed, and the doctor did not spend enough time listening to my symptoms or understanding my concerns. As a result, I left without feeling fully informed or confident in the treatment plan. I was then asked to undergo an X-ray of my back at the hospital. Unfortunately, the X-ray was unclear, and I am unsure what was reviewed or on what basis the prescribed medications were recommended. This left me feeling uncertain about the diagnosis and treatment approach. Additionally, I was instructed to receive an injection. Unfortunately, the nurse who administered it showed a lack of professionalism and compassion. More concerning, however, was the way the injection was given, which resulted in a bruise that has persisted to this day, accompanied by numbness in the area. When my pain did not improve, I sought a second opinion from two different doctors, bringing the same X-ray report with me. Both doctors asked where the X-ray had been taken, as they noted that the image was not clear enough to make any conclusions. I kindly urge you to review the quality of care provided, both in terms of medical attention and the overall patient experience. We trust healthcare professionals with our well-being, and I hope my feedback will help improve the services offered at your hospital.

The doctor Allama prabhu is really good at his work and responds well. But they have the worst management. It will take minimum 4-5 hrs just for a visit. Suggest everyone to kindly carry your breakfast lunch and dinner. Worst management and the staff are also very rude.

Please educate your front desk staff, you are doing great and provide excellent service. Front desk is the one who supposed to speak well whenever somebody visits the clinic and it's a first impression too. I could see many has raised the same concern and not sure whether it has been taken care or not. Appreciate in advance if it's taken care.

I visited here 3 times for bone related problems as an out patient and satisfied with the service. My personal view is as under:- Doctor : Excellent (only in evening time available) Lab : Reasonably billed and timely report available. Billing : For payment of bill only partially they accept card( some service like Doctors fee, physiotherapy, medicine you must have hard cash) Front office/Reception: well dressed but don't know how to handle the patient/ maintain the seniority to send the patient to the doctor, you must keep pinching them frequently if not you will stay on the bench. Cleanliness: Very good/well maintained.

The service done here was brilliant especially Dr Allan Prabhu , Dr vishwanath shimpi and other drs also. They cooperated well with the patient. They were too kind and polite towards the patient. Their happiness made the patient cure with full strength and courage. The doctor's consideration and treatment was utmost excellent. And all staffs and pharmacists totally satisfied with the service of the crew of the hospital.Best hospital in virajapete .

Reception people doesn't know how to treat the patient, just for the sake gives an appointment and says wait for 30min 1hr, and returns the money whatever we paid and saying you can leave if you can't wait. Worst experience, everyday they does the same they are not following the appointment hours.

Facilities are good and very hygienic. Can't say the same for staff though. Went to the opthalmologist and ENT specialist - no sanitising of any equipment at all whatsoever - in the midst of a pandemic! The opthalmologist went as far as to say that masks don't really work!! The gynecologist though, Allam Prabhu, has to be the worst. He was super friendly at the beginning, when he thought that we'd be getting a surgery done by him. However, we chose a doctor from Apollo Mysore, with whom we've already had a really good experience before. They suggested that since we couldn't go to Mysore multiple times, we could consult a local doctor for any surgery after effects. So we went back to Allam Prabhu for the consultation. He seemed upset that we didn't have the surgery done by him and behaved rudely. Prescribed a really difficult to find injection, that was supposed to be taken twice a day AT THE HOSPITAL. We searched in all of Virajpet for the same, to no avail. When we asked him again for a substitute, he simply ignored us. Clearly, a patient is only worth helping if they make his bank balance increase. Such disregard for the Hippocratic oath. PS : we went back to Apollo for the same issue, and the doctor prescribed an easily available tablet to be taken twice a day.
